Hundreds of us have done so over time, some still are.

The irony is now that we all hope that others even more stupid than those still sitting on this will buy in so the remaining mugs can sell out. I'm just not sure that is the definition of a good investment.

You have two possible outcomes

1/ They buy another project and raise and spend on the back of it for another 5 years

2/ They hang on here while stage one and two of the deal are completed and this goes to a mine...so another 5 years.

Will people now buy into a company with diminishing work load , uncertainty over any future value and future direction ?

People here invested in Toral, to do that they had to buy EUZ...if Toral is still your hope then sell EUZ and buy Denarius, at least then you will still own a controlling majority share in Toral.

"imagine if the licence is not granted after all the effort that has been put in!!!" ...........or worse, they become a minority holder in their 100% owned flag ship and they have to buy something else just for a reason to even exist...oh hang on.... :-)

I have no agenda but i do think when investing in a "high risk investment" the risk should be in the Asset not the management. Toral should never have been that high risk but it is where it is because of poor management.

I'm not going to list the stupid mistakes, its been done before from raising when the SP was at its period lowest to the consolidation to a" grown up company"....

Even now no one knows what the real plan is ? Will denarius buy them out of their 20% of Toral meaning EUZ will just cease to exist ? Will EUZ desperately try and find another project just too survive ?

People dont seem to realise they are invested in Europa metals here not Toral and EUZ as it stands is not something anyone would choose to put in their portfolio as it unloads Toral...

Its said here that no one person is going to effect the SP so i really dont see why my thoughts are a problem unless they touch a raw nerve (as with Shed).

Shed takes comfort that his seasoned holder, "in fact an institutional investor" has increased their holding ?

I still remember when he told me that their investment manager knew more about this than me when i question them buying at 15p ? really..lol

If all this really a problem then thats why you all have a filter button...wasnt that long ago Bricks filtered me as well..... but this is a discussion forum on EUZ and unlike the Shed/Crisp's personal attacks, i do discuss EUZ.

no one needs to de-ramp EUZ, its been doing that for itself for years ....way better than any individual...just look at the SP over any time period. People de- ramp things that are going up when they dont want them too, no one wastes time de-ramping something thats been in perpetual decline for the last 5 years...

Shed refers too "anyone looking in for the first time" why not tell them whether any seasoned holder is increasing their stake ?... That always a good indication of confidence, maybe even how many here wish they had neve got involved or how many are just waiting for some mugs to buy so they can cut and run with slightly less loses than they are currently carrying ?

You can expect the SP to drop because nothing has really been done to sell this whole deal to the Markets, Snippets about progress at Toral are of questionable value now as you no longer know how any of this will impact EUZ.

Think of it as a car crash

A year ago the driver LR jumped out as this sped towards the brick wall, the passenger MC grabbed the wheel but it was too late, the Company hit the wall and the Denarius airbag went off, it saved Toral but EUZ is now on life support. You the nearest and dearest now wait for news with fingers crossed. EUZ remains in critical condition hoping for an asset transplant :-) They did get a small insurance pay out from Denarius but it will be absorbed by admin rather than be returned to you the family. :-)

The problem here is no one really understands how any of this will impact on the SP as the ownership of the asset transfers over too Denarius. Its misleading for the company to still be referring too the the Company's 100% owned Toral Pb, Zn & Ag project IMHO now the asset has started its transition phase for the transfer of ownership. I think EUZ future now hangs on them finding something to generate and income and not on Toral which means they are basically back at square one but with a probable 20% holding in another asset that may help finance a new project in the long run

As i say how does that impact the SP in the short to medium term ?. You can only guess which is not a good starting point for an investment.

Question is as the companies controlling interest winds down in their only asset will the executive pay wind down accordingly ?

Its lucky their pay wasnt performance based over the last 5 years or they would owe you lot a small fortune.

The Denarius deal was the only one, that doesnt make it good and certainly not what anyone here was expecting, forecasting or even hoping for. I guess if i cant see a good thing here neither could LR when he jumped ship on hearing the news of this deal ....or Bricks come to that... but you know better than us :-)
Now you talk of a value of £10m ? that's a lot less than they have raised since they bought Toral. If thats your idea of a good deal or outcome then good luck to you, you're going to need it here.

People have been posting here just like you this week about how much Moonlight/FCR/EKT/Toral is worth and how much its going to be worth for a decade
estimates range from 100m and an SP of £1.00 + a few years back to £10m now. Even the Broker was confident of 33p not so long ago.
You could well be right with £10m but the shareholders will not see any of that and theoretical values like the $6m dollar deal already done does not impact on the SP. I'm quite sure by the time an advantage from gains in the SP from mining licences and DFS and JORC etc materialise they will have another project that will more than absorb any cash in the bank and that will just spook investors who will be well aware of the impending Dilution for ongoing admin charges etc.
The only people making their millions here are the management.
Sorry to pee on your fireworks but their selling point has always been the "100% owned asset" with no debt. The moment they agreed to part with 80% and started looking for a new project should have been a wake up call.

My worry is you cant "dramatically increase" the value on owning 49% with a drop to 20% just round the corner unless there is a boom and bust ? Will people buy in at that stage knowing there will be a dash for the exit and a possibility of it being hard to sell as they approach the drop in %

The only option i can see is for them to take the cash and try and convert it to shareholder value in a new project but thats basically back to square one and we know they cant do another Toral or even scratch the surface with $6m so they would have to sell their 20% and as you say they will need a lot for it to even cover costs so far.

The problem (as i see it) now is how do you value the company until the % ownership[ of Toral is sorted ? You can only value the company today based on the future 20% ownership unless you expect the company to realise 100% ownership value with a mining licence or a jorc and then see it steadily drop to 50% then 20%. If the value rises and its just lost in the SP of denarius how will that effect EUZ as it will be hard to really gauge the market ?
There must also be a worry that the company will sell its 20% before the value is realised if it wants to fund a new project.

What are people hoping for now ? What are peoples expectations and what price would they ( realistically) sell at now ?

Its very hard to see how disposing of 80% of your flag ship project over time ....is not winding down the said project. ( as far as EUZ is concerned anyway)

Presumably as Denarius will be doing the site work they are using their own drilling contractors who they have used in the past.
Meanwhile there is no mention of looking for another project but they do say they are expanding their racking system alongside desk top studies evaluating other potential surrounding exploration permit areas ..........which may be a large clue as to where they see their future as their Toral work wind s down.

IMHO The BOD need to tell everyone...What do they really think 20% of this will be worth to EUZ SP ?
Where the money for another project will come from ? are they going to put a windfall tax on the oil companies ? (English joke )
Once again the company seems to be adrift with no real captain or direction ?

Production could be who knows how many years away Jed. EUZ has to survive as a business that long first and being the holder of a diminishing share of a lease will not cut it as a business.
As for DB ? well as Cri5p said, they just got in too early...lol.. like the rest of us. If EUZ did actually find another project ? how many punters would say dont invest in it for the first 3-4 years ?

I do agree the mining licence will be make or break depending on whether people then invest in Denarius or Europa.
Its possible that Denarius will just buy out the remaining 20% of Toral but then you have the possibility of Europa just spending the money on another project which will leave investors back at square one ?
It will be interesting to see how it plays out now ? Who knows , i could be totally wrong and you will all be very rich in a year :-)

This "team" has never produced a single penny of shareholder value in fact it cost most shareholders, corporate and private, a small fortune. I can see absolutely no reason why they should reverse this trend in future.
I'm sure with all the money expected to pour in the BOD will do very well over the next few years. Will they buy back shares ? Will they offer special Div :-) ? or will they buy another money pit for the gullible and stupid to fund
