If Shed is right and EUZ are not being paid to carry out the PFS now despite then saying they were then what are EUZ going to be doing in future ?

Likewise Bricks but it would explain why the , up till now, unexplainable need for a new project has been on the table for so long and why LR left before his job disapeared and why he wasnt replaced.

Given the way EUZ has handled share holders and the corporate side of things , who on earth would put their money into a new EUZ project given the other opportunities available to investors , not least, savings accounts which are far outstripping anything EUZ has ever returned. :-)

If this is the case then it has been a year since they suddenly decided on the need for another project. That means this deal has been kicking about for that amount of time and would explain why LR jumped ship as he knew he was going to lose control of Toral , and EUZ might as well be a dormant shell without its only project.

If Denarius are now running the shown why are they paying EUZ to produce a PFS etc. Is this why EUZ wanted another project ?, why did EUZ just get a 15% dilution placing away with $4m due in over the coming months/years. Is EUZ just a sub contractor now.

Maybe if MC told the markets what he told DBA to get them to hand over some money we might do better. Until then there is a danger that DBA are just trying to prop up their investment until they can get out at a profit, prob at about 6-7p ?

Maybe now the deal is done MC will sit down and explain a few of the details, the reason and benefits, the next move and the ultimate aim ? the different responsibilities for EUZ and Denerius on the to do list and what the re commissioning of Antonia will involve. What the Junta thinks about this ?
MC cant rely on RNS to sell the deal, its up to him to sell it to the markets like he sold it too Denerius.

I 100% agree but the company has in the past stated its not interested in the Day to Day SP so good luck contacting them about it.

IMHO at this stage its about credibility. Denarias ability to raise the money needed. the historic inability of the BOD to deal with the corporate side, DB's por corporate judgment ( its no use saying they show confidence at 4.5, they did that at 12.5p) the lack of a big hitter on the BOD in fact we dont even have a CEO as such. People want to know their money is in safe hands and while the geological side stacks up, the corporate side has been a five year disaster and right now, Denerius crashing share price and historical chart ( and placing and consolidation ) looks very much the EUZ car crash of the last 4 years.
If anyone has another theory why the further along the project moves, the lower the SP, lets hear it.

Yea we know that, they bought at 12.5p and they are probably the same people.
I just wish they would do these placing AFTER they release this kind of news not get them away before.

They did a placing just before the AGM last year but we dont really know if they needed too.
My guess is they did another now before the AGM and in effect before the announcement today because they expect the SP to rise above the placing price of 4.5p on this news. Maybe it would have been better to see what the SP does now before placing.
