I agree there is little [point in posting anything here but they are not posting anything anywhere. Surely mining licence applications and drill results are likely to be price sensitive and need to be published or the cynical might just say they have not learned from past mistakes. If they are not price sensitive that is because management has consistently failed to promote the company to its own investors. I also agree when the job is done etc however as i have said before this will spike from a lot lower to a lot lower than had it been actively promoted to speculative share holders along the way.

Anyway, what's the point, Good luck to you Cjen and thanks, at least you actually went to AGM;s and and showed respect to the BOD which is more than most of us got back from them.

So after 5 years of Toral Jed just hope to get his money back + £30 to cover trading costs ? says it all really...meanwhile Shed has been waiting for 3 months for the TOD-044 results and no one knows if they even got a MLA in last week ?

EUZ has been mining Toral for years, they just did it under the pretence of "just drilling holes" :-)

Six weeks until ML application deadline. Will we get the Denarius' new PEA before then? Suspect we will as the conditions include a near PFS level of economic report. That could be very interesting as a lot of work including JORC upgrades have been completed since our own PEA.

By the way isn't Friday the last day before the mining licence application has to be in ? or is it Monday when the SP rockets ??

Hundreds, maybe even more have lost out here. amounts dont matter, £100 to one guy is £10000 to another. A vast majority will never see their money again, Why ? Well its either a very poor Asset or its been very poorly managed ?

Anyone want to hazard a guess at the millions spent on BOD remuneration since the purchase or Toral ? How's your investment doing in return ?

Whether its emotional is neither here nor there ,lets look at this objectively, then the money spent is real, the remuneration, the SP, the historical facts, the lack of volume are all real. You cant say they had bad luck with a single result from the field work or from cooperation from business and university/ local junta .They had backing at every placing.

The fact is big names looked in like Bird and that banker guy that we know about. there was probably others along the way , but none of them stuck around , even LR walked away

I still say this could and should have been 25p now with the results from Toral and the funding in place but its barely a tenth of that ......

Its quite common Props , you dont need any real qualifications to be an AIM CEO and pay yourself £100k and a lot more, you just need the Spin.

FCR/EUZ is dragging so much baggage its hard to se why people would risk their money in EUZ to get to Toral ?

I have never criticized Toral or the work or speed of progress. What i have said on numerous occasions is you can be the best Geologist or project manager in the world and that doesnt mean you have a clue how to run an AIM company....as we see.

This will bounce on financially positive news but it will bounce from 2.5p and it should have been bouncing from 25p

Poor funding strategy and mixed messages and mostly an attempt apparently to keep the SP down has come back to bite EUZ ? Who can forget when we got our first Corp investor in DB and there was a total radio silence, not a word from LR, it was just swept under the carpet ?

The BOD of directors past and present completely F'd up here and it will be down to Denarius to rescue the mess.

Ask yourselves how a management can inject nearly £12m into a project and end up with an asset in Toral worth £2.4m with funding secured to complete the project ?? The buck stops somewhere ?

I still dont see where the money will come from ? If Toral is really an investment surely you would do better to invest in Denarius with 80% than EUZ with 20% ?

The real problem here is you are invested in Europa metals "not" Toral as such, the future here is whatever the BOD buy next. I suspect that the BOD will sell their 20% to finance a new project and Denarius will look to purchase it before the SP gets too high. This thread was forecasting an SP of £1.50, then a £1 ..the same people are now hoping for 10p ? but the reality is the SP is now lower than ever before in its 11 year history and still falling. Every day they can drag this out now is another days wages IMHO

I remember their first hole in 2011, what a day that was, shortly after they applied for their first mining licence....in SA

of course now 12 years later the BOD has creamed off £millions in wages between themselves for hundreds of holes...Who ever knew there was so much cash in holes :-) Of course they dont actually drill the holes, they pay someone else to do that but as you say "it's a mining exploration company, that's what they do" Well golly good for them and they really must be experts at it now.

Just a thought though, i wonder how many of these holes it would take to fill the Albert Hall ?

As for drilling holes ? Hands up who hasn't spent years waiting for the results of drilling another hole ?

Shallow holes, deep holes ,straight holes ,wonky holes, bore holes ,even holes in the wrong place :-) ........£10m on holes over 5 years and now they have secured funding....to drill more holes. Yippee :-)

EUZ turned out the lights for investors with the Denarius deal themselves.

For the SP to rise you need buyers and who buys into a company where their ownership of the companies only asset is set to diminish by 80% ?

Holding is a gamble that might be worth taking if you are already in and down on your investment but its not attractive to new buyers ( as we have seen by the volumes since the deal was announced)

Put it another way, would you buy into an investment where its likely a vast majority of current investors are just waiting for you to push the price up so they can get out ASAP ?

Hmmm ......yes well as usual this is all in your mind. No one has said anyone is try to lure anyone. What i said was the current holders must be hoping others buy in so they can get out. That's quite different as every SP in the world is driven buy buyers raising the price and placing demands on liquidity so others can get out. As Teaye said its NT to sell at the moment.

Yes they could look at technical reports, I'm sure many very knowledgeable people did when the data room was open for years :-) of course they could look at the £10m + raised and the current £2.5m market cap or the historic SP chart which shows an SP of half the consolidation price ?.

Rather silly to suggest that anyone would want 100% security in any investment let alone a mining investment. But while most would accept the risks of practical and field work, not many would expect continuous failures of management to scupper their investment when the technical reports are so good.

The future of EUZ now depends on another project, much as it always has done, the question is will money raised by its holding in Toral be it 100%, 49% or 20% be like the last £10m raised ie: Used again to buy a project and

swallowed up in wages and expenses with no determinantal effect on the SP ?

As you say "so laughable to expect certainty in mining exploration." and yet that seems to be exactly what you are holding out for. :-)
