Its about time management accepted that the market value of £1.6m and falling is due to lack of investor sentiment rather than any financial apprasial and told shareholders that are left, what they are going to do about it ? in return for their ridiculous wages ? ( in proportion to the market cap.)

As i said last week the need for a PFS is nearly always to get finance, basically high interest loans to proceed.

Because EUZ has chosen to finance this outside the financial institutions ( did they ever have a choice ?) they didn't need the PFS to continue........ however the high intrest loan still stands.....80% of the company in fact.

Your concern should really be the SP has only ever gone down since the Denarius deal was sighed ....why is that ?

Worrying times for the BOD , there is dissent in the ranks it seems according to alliance news. The voting was definitely not a foregone conclusion. Yet another 10% drop in the SP and my prediction over time of a collapsing SP continues so that the bounce when it happens will barely take this back to where it has already been before this agreement with Denarius at best.. .

The market seems thrilled they will start drilling again...lol and so the wheel goes round and round and round...

All legitimate points that deserve debate but obviously once people start filtering anything they don't like then discussion becomes difficult

If its the case that EUZ/Iberia has to find 20% of any cost going forward once stage 2 is complete then i cant see how that will work without piling on debt/loans ? If it is the case and i am not convinced then they must have cleared this with the large holders like DB.

As for EUZ becoming a shell ? well without another project i doubt they will have much choice and if they need to find 20% of future cost i cant see another project is even a glimmer in the distance.

I don't know TBH, its why i sold up because i don't know. Too many questions and not really a plan for shareholders although i expect they have a plan for themselves.

The only indication of future performance is probably past performance so it doesn't look good

As for the PFS ? My feeling is a PFS is important to raise finance but as they have done this by offloading the responsibility of raising said finance its probably not at the top of the to do list.

I honestly and truly do not believe anyone is put off buying or encouraged to buy as a result of chat room banter/gossip/ cat fights or personal insults with the exception maybe of specific questions/answers . the old saying DYOR rings true. You have to credit people with a bit more intelligence than that if they are really gambling their money on the AIM. It is managements job with their own PR to promote the company and sell the story , its nothing to do with holders, ex holders or perspective holders and that is why any attempt to do so is seen as ramping or de ramping. You hold stock in John Lewis, you don't stand outside Waitrose telling passers by how good it is....lol

Quite frankly if people are guided by people on forums like this where everyone without exception ? ?? has lost money or is in the process of loosing money they deserve what they get :-)

Every stock on the AIM has a jam tomorrow bunch and an, it will never happen, bunch yet everyone expects their little forum to be the exception. :-)

What i find "amazing" is you think that because someone sells out because they don't believe the SP will change in the medium term, they lose the right to an opinion or to keep abreast of things with a view to maybe return at a more favourable period for the company ?

This very new idea that you are right and everyone else is wrong so they should either be cancelled or keep quite is growing across society and I really don't think you understand the point of "discussion" or "Discussion forums" which is why i wonder what you are doing here ?

Bricks has the same rights to p;ost here as you, probably more rights given the years he held, the AGM and zooms he was involved in and his knolwedge of EUZ... not to mention the confidence he had here reflected in the size of his investment.

I for one am very intrested in what he has to say going forward..

I don't think i have ever seen a share with so many "corrective" trades. I always assumed small quantaties were MM's balancing the spread sheets but the stock doesn't have nearly enough trades to need to balance out. I would go so far as to say the trades under £10.00 are more than those over, most weeks.

I have to say in my day as No.8 the call of "ball not straight" by the ref was common in scrums and you put the ball in for your hooker to hook back. I cant help thinking the modern scrum is just a device for trying to get the opposition to drop a penalty rather than a method of restarting the game .

If you are going to throw the ball in the side so it comes out the back without anyone even touching it ? well its sort of makers the scrum redundant.

You may well be right but this is a company that took the original SP of 20p down to 1 hundredth of a penny. yes there are 97 million in circulation now but that's after a consolidation of 500/1

My point is private investors drive the SP up

Corporate drive it down ( as they usually buy at a discount from which the SP doesn't recover here)

Dont think MC is beyond another placing at a discount before this takes off to let DB and others bring their ave down. You have seen it before, money raised at times when it wasn't needed, at the lowest possible price. But they are fully financed you shout !! Dont worry they will find a reason like this long awaited new project they are "actively" looking into.....Maybe you think EUZ will just become a holding company for 20% of Iberia ?

MC and LR are on record as saying they had little interest in the day to day SP and were focused on the final outcome. Its little Suprise that the PR on this Co has been hopeless for years as they don't have any interest in the PI or the SP.

As many have said over the years they never seemed to correlate the day to day SP to raising money and were happy to raise at discounts aimed at corporates and friends but never the PI.

Now they have funding and the PI and i suspect corporates like DB are just a pain in the butt. He could post his updates with semaphore flags from the top of the Sharde , it doesn't matter any more as long as he is cuddled up to Denarius. :-)

Yes he is working hard for the final outcome but that's going to benefit those who buy in next year at 1p ( or less).. For those who stuck with this through collapsing SP's and 500/1 consolidations, endless placings and jam tomorrow rns you have done your money. its now a matter of what you can salvage from the mess.

No of course not but if your entire SP is based on that 100% ownership and its going to drop to 20% ?

Thats your opinion and as i said its fine for the long term investor who has evolved with the deal and company but as you say the last notable investors were nearly a year ago and they are over 50% down.

I don't think its helpful to dismiss others, just putting it out there" suggestions unless you can come up with something better.

I would go as far as to say that daily/weekly volumes have collapsed "since" the Denarius deal which again, given the progress on the deal and the ever improving assay results and finance , points to the Ave PI just not really understanding the situation.

My point is that because people cant buy shares in Iberia it will be confusing. As Cjen says at the moment EUZ holds 100% or toral but to a prospective buyer here of Toral, they will need to buy shares in EUZ that will have a diminishing ownership of Toral.

You can all throw your hands up if you want but this is the news most have been waiting for and it barely recovered the amount the SP was walked down in preparation for this news last week. £5k really ?

If anyone has a better reason why this is ignored by investors both corporate and private please speak up.

They dropped the SP twice last week on no sales because they knew they would have to raise it this week. Thats them trying to make a market.

the problem here is as its always been. People are in the dark. No one really understands how this Denarius deal effects the SP especially as the % of toral owned reduces. Remember you hold shares in EUZ not toral, others own shares in Denarious not Toral. As the value of toral rises how does that effect the SP proportionately in EUZ and how do you calculate that value as there % ownership drops. Long term holders might understand how that works but to a researcher looking in its not obvious. Suppose the value of Toral drops not because its a Toral problem but because denarius has problems and they own Toral, how does that effect the EUZ holdings. Its not obvious how you value EUZ unless they put their 20% Toral on the market and test the water

The other point is despite the promise of funding to the tune of £ millions the SP has continued to fall so its pretty clear the above posed questions are having a real impact on the SP and that is down to our old friend PR :-)

In fairness my comment ( in jest) was about needing an advisor not a new Nomad or broker.

What a difference a few months make. I have retired, out of investing apart from managed funds and enjoying my free time (or at least I will be once I have sold the business) I probably couldn’t have picked a worse time in the last 20 years to do that 😊.

What’s happened here? Where are the thread stalwarts? Where is the MLA? Why do they need an advisor with IPO experience? No comments on the collapsing SP? Anyone want to bring this thread up to speed?
