How many millions did they raise and how many did they get back for Toral ??? just remind us MC..

How do you go from a 100% ownership of a leading and very advanced zinc and silver prospect in Europe with an SP of 3.2p ......to a cash shell with diminishing funds and iminent suspension and an SP sub 1p ....in 18 months ?.

Maybe MC and the board would care to explain? because right now this is looking like a carefully managed decline and no where near in line with a BOD requirements to return shareholder value and act in the best interests of the shareholder..

I am sure an explanation would clear this up ?

As i understand it they just have to suspend again on the 13th

I did post a lengthy explanation and point of view the other day but LSE have seen fit to remove it...

The real problem is the cash burn continues even under suspension and just diminishes the prospect of any share out IMHO

It's very annoying i can't say what i really think is going on but i suspect i hit a nerve.....

I see the SP is still dropping , now sub 1p. I wonder if MC now understands the "major disconnect " between SP and what he thinks this is worth to an investor ?

You would presume not as there is still a silence from the board ,who seem to have no interest in keeping the Shareholders updated, as suspension looms in less than a month. Maybe he has shut himself in his........... "shed"

31st...ohhhh pay day for the BOD ?

Wonder what they did this month ...................or last month.....or the month before that added shareholder value and justified the pay ? sold Toral off for half what it cost ? Failed with a reverse take over ? failed to secure funding for another hair brained idea ? more crucially, failed to make any headway at all in the SP for 5 years despite a succession of massive cash injections, in fact they have gone backwards...

You would presume they are trying to find something else. The upside is that way they keep their jobs, the down side is you will be invested in something you never invested in.... and it will be run by a team who have already lost you all a small fortune. They could have sold your shares in Denarius and given you something back after the 14th March but now it looks like you have to wait till the 13 May after which they would have to suspend again if they cant find anywhere else to put your money :-)

IMO the selling of the Toral stake having previously agreed the 20% deal, then going for the RTO has spectacularly backfired and left this as just a cash shell for which no one is apparently accountable. .

I presume the BOD directors are now totally reliant on Denarius to return share holder value for EUZ? which begs the question ...what is the point in the BOD ?

Unfortunately no one seems to ask questions or hold the BOD to account so i dont expect anything much to change...

meanwhile the available cash continues to dwindle no doubt.

What you need is a few posters to talk this up :-) but those types seem to have gone AWOL...

Whats more alarming is based on those figures on simply wall street ths company is burning through £4k a week in remuneration, just on the BOD...plus brokers and legals and any other staff, expenses etc. this is a company that does nothing and has continued expenses and zero income. Its shareholder value is dropping by the day now. If it couldn't even raise minimal cash for the RTO what chance has it with any other project.

You need that EGM ASAP to put this out of its shareholder misery.

There is no mention of this guy on the company BOD and MC is the CEO of EUZ

So MC thinks the SP should be about 3p, not 1.5p based on the value of the Denarius holding. He sees a major disconnect between these figures.

The point about an SP from a shareholders perspective is what the shareholder might get if he sold his shares is always less then the value of a company, especially a company that does nothing and has no income.

Really its a reflection of the shareholders confidence in the BOD ability to turn a paper value into achievable shareholder value.

Working capital also affects the value going forward. Companies like this consume large amounts of cash standing still while returning zero to the shareholder. This has to be reflected and built in to the SP going forward so again you would expect an SP lower than a paper value.

The other point is even if the SP was at 3p to reflect the paper value you can be sure if anyone actually cashed in the SP would plummet to 1.5p straight away. Sales of £2k yesterday knocked 13% off the sp!!

The only major disconnect i can see here is between the BOD and the shareholders .

"The Company believes that there is a major disconnect between the Company's share price and the implied net asset value represented largely through its holding in Denarius Metals Corp"

It estimates a value of 2.5 – 3p per Europa share would be more in line with the current situation.

And yet they raised and spent £8m over the last 4 years which would equate to a share value of 8p ? Now that is a major disconnect..its an admission that they under sold Toral by £5m

I have re read the RNS several times and the implications that the BOD have done their level best and the Shareholders are being unreasonable to expect more…. and my conclusion is, they still don’t get it……

"The Company is very aware that, since the resumption of trading on AIM, the share price has declined considerably, however the Company is not aware of any reason for this decline"

Really ?

The share price has been steadily falling for 4 years, you freeze the price by closing the market for 6 months and you didnt expect the SP to re rate after that given the failure of the RTO. and the lack of anything else on the cards !!

Unbelievable.

The company is finished, its desperately trying to find something to do, even if it found something its credibility over the last few years is probably irretrievable now. Your total failure to secure any sort of shareholder value, re: money in v money out will not be forgotten by current and future investors.

The first thing any investor does when he looks at a company is his research. Looking at your history what do you think that research will say ?

I sold out at the end of 2022, i bought as few back later but sold them ages ago.

This is an excerpt from my post in Dec 2022 when they sold Toral bar 20%

"The point i am getting at is EUZ is now a shell with an income of the toral sale but with heavy ongoing BOD costs and no project . The money they have raised by selling Toral should be distributed to the shareholders or you will just start the cycle all over again and the only people to benefit from that will be the BOD.

For transparency i am, like you, sold out"

Alarming to think i posted almost the same today 26 months later.....and they are still spending the money for zero return

I think the lack of information in the RNS, ironically, tells you all you need to know ;-).

This company took a gamble on Toral, it lost the gamble, i couldn't fund it and lost money on it.

It broke out of its deal with Denarius in order to go for a RTO which again, turns out it couldn't fund, it now issues a very short RNS to say its looking for something else. Something its been doing for a couple of years anyway

They talk about shareholder value but this stock has never returned any value and never will, its just a gravy train and all its ever done is pay a good remuneration to the BOD regardless. its talked about incentives and bonuses for the BOD at ludicrously low thresholds and even at its busiest it was never more than a part time side line and a company expense jolly in Spain for LR :-)

It's no longer a business , its doesn’t need a BOD or anyone else. it needs a small space in a filing cabinet in a solicitor's office somewhere to keep its share certificate in Denarius because that’s all it amounts to now.

Meanwhile those that can will suck it dry in order to build their claim ready for when it sells out and what’s left is distributed to pay the bills and obligations with the PI at the bottom of the food chain..

Seen it all before i am sorry to say. Its typical AIM but then we all knew that and as warning signs go, there were plenty of them 😊 Call it a day MC ASAP

Your focus now should be on getting what you can back ASAP. If the financial backers wouldn't back EUZ then that tells you a lot about the BOD plan for the future and their choice for investment.

You cant now sit here while the BOD cream off a substantial salary, depleting what funds are left on the pretence of searching for "shareholder value"

A share can remain suspended pretty much indefinitely or at least till the FCA calls time on it. I agree that Friday is pretty much irrelevant, its just a safety clause for viridian.
