The point is that the market doesn't care what your average is. If you think the share will drop and/or there are better opportunities elsewhere then just sell.

Presumably a placing will come soon, as the plan to repay this debt in the short term (as stated in the RNS) is from cashflow (there won't be enough for this) or equity issuance. This is similar to the forward selling of a placing in some ways. These are obviously counting / hoping on a BTC bounce to then place higher than the current SP, but will they get it?

I can't see why it would have failed. Even at these low levels, the founder has a much bigger business out of a mom and pop crappy web design one man band. Fantastic work in some ways. The funny thing is that they have struggled since these big hitters (with associated costs) have come onboard. Webley would be better trimming the fat and concentrating on riding the crypto winter to come rather than doubling down on more advisers to milk the cow dry.

Not sure that's fair Laura, but each to their own. This share has been a disaster for most, including me. Sure, it could pop 50% or more at some point, so I acknowledge that. The update was doom and gloom though - read life a PFC one, to me. Plenty of good calls from you Laura, so I can't argue with that. Hope they continue to do well for you.

This is set up for one of those wipeout raises, by the looks. Not sure if it can survive even with that, but obviously that's the plan as it keeps the salaries coming in.

They are the nil paid rights that weren't taken up as you chose not to elect in time to pay the extra 43p odd to change them from nil paids to full ordinary shares.

In many rights issues they would then be sold to the underwriter, or at least if the trading share price was significantly higher than the RI subscription price, with the owner of the nil paids being paid the difference. That is the 2.7p showing in your account - roughly the SP less 43p but it is a small difference and so might not end up yielding any value to you after costs, and depending on the arrangement. If there is an agreed value then you will get it, and that is the theoretical tuppence odd per share showing now.

Do nothing (you can't anyway) and I'm sure an announcement will clear up such questions within a week or so.
