Come on big daddy. This is your opportunity to close and I would take it. Shorting if it opens there is daft in my view. I would expect these II's to cause selling pressure short term as some have form for that but I'm not sure it will go all the way to placing price personally.

By the way, a spreadbet isn't really shorting as you aren't physically buying or selling the share.

Some of the dressing up in the announcements to try and mask the discount though. A discount of 10% to the 12 month VWAP FFS. Since when was the 12 month average a reasonable barometer?

Yep, likely the noteholders and II's. Why wouldn't you sell at 60 or 70p a share when you can buy them back a week later for 20p a share.

They look like sells from the day before Laura, so part of the cause of the fall. Sometimes II's just want out at any price, either on a three strikes rule (placings botched, update surprises etc) or they want the share off their books and reports to sweep it under the carpet a bit. I haven't followed how many big trades there have been, but likely a TR1 or two will arrive soon.

Fair enough Lawrence. I've had experience on different shares where someone has been 'right' and then labours the same point for months afterwards, wallowing to a degree in how right they were when remaining holders are suffering financially. I don't like that, but hopefully you won't do that now the point is made.

I've followed this company a while as saving water from leaks is one of those win wins if a company can do it well via a solution where they make some money themselves too.

I'm not invested to this point though. Interesting for a bounce at the moment but you'd have hoped that they would have been close to profitable by now and they sadly don't appear to be. The risk is that any funding just plugs a gap for a short period, if you excuse the pun.

Weirdly enough I've just woke up from a dream where we were staying at a property which was leaking everywhere, but when we complained, the water leaks everywhere had stopped completely and left no trace behind. A telegraphed need for a raise of 100m. Adding in a drop on the pre-announcement, the pricing could be 20p a share maybe.
