If you sell your rights now, they are worth bugger all. You essentially get the difference between the market sale price for an ordinary shares, less the 43p that you haven't yet paid to make your nil paid rights shares into full shares. I did a dummy sell on II and got £20 odd for a full sale, and you would get similar on those figures. If the SP gets to 50p plus then they will be worth something, but not at the moment. That said, they are likely to lapse without any value unless the SP shifts up. I don't think it is worth the risk for £20 though, as something could happen to make the SP rise in the meantime and then you will have lost out by cashing in.
Just ignore the sale option for now would be my suggestion.
