Yes, agree with that Maverick. It isn't 8 times more appealing to reflect the SP now being an eighth of what it was then but it is more appealing on a risk reward ratio overall - more risk and more potential reward.

Marmaris was very critical here towards the end (obvious reasons with the SP yes) and he was out, I believe. Perhaps due to other reasons.

So, the RI is fully underwritten and the funds will be received come what may, so no issues there.

What we really want now is some positive clinical news, which will increase the SP. This in turn will increase the value of the rights and the nil paid, due to the short term leverage of being granted the right to subscribe for extra shares at a slightly discounted SP. It becomes a geared play in the short term, and the funding runway is extended up to 18 months or so as well.

No, they haven't. General panic maybe, and volume is light, so that works both ways. They also can't keep extending the facilities forever, so are obviously working towards a longer term solution. Best case scenario to me is that it is partial debt restructure and partial equity, but I'm guessing.
