Interestingly as part of the deal/capitulation we have to provide Mauritius/China with details on all movements at the base.

Just to clarify I clearly stated that I made an assumption and gave my reasons for doing so.

I have read on here that nom was previously a shop steward in the UK and therefore to not be aware of what is happening here leaves very few permutations.

The fact that he hasn't responded could simply be due to filtering.

I've always tried to vote for whoever will cause the least damage tbh.

It's easy to simply blame Brexit on Farage but politicians from all sides were for and against it and at the end of the day the majority spoke in favour. Farage wasn't even an MP so wasn't in a position to make any promises .

Personally I'm not a great fan of Trump as a person but as a politician delivering what he promised he's certainly an improvement to anyone who believes in democracy.

As did retail a year or two earlier from the decimalisation confusion and everything being conveniently rounded up.

Add in an oil crisis and the net result was huge inflation, industrial unrest and the country being bankrupt and going to the IMF to keep going.

The 70s wasn't a good time for the ordinary man and we are currently heading in that same direction again.

Also keep a record of any divis that haven't yet been paid but are x/d as in my experience they won't automatically forward them to you without being asked.
