It’s clear you have genuine fears Alex which I clearly can’t allay. All I can say is it is not something I’m worried about at all despite being both cynical and cautious in such regards. There are plenty of other things to be concerned about BOO (like their awful performance or Kamani obstructing everything until it’s too late to salvage anything) but for me this just isn’t one of them.

Absolutely none but that’s exactly why it couldn’t happen in my view. Even if there were not rules preventing it (which I think there would be) the remaining shareholders would revolt with no doubt MA leading that.

It seems something you are genuinely worried about but just consider an extreme and ridiculous example. Do you think they could simply take the bulk of the business private for £1m and just leave us with Oasis?

Would never be allowed to happen so why would taking PLT or some other part private be allowed unless it was approved by the other shareholders?

I’m no corporate lawyer either but I just don’t see how you can take part of a public company private without shareholder approval.

I have no problem with that so long as they offer a decent price - same with any other bidders for parts of the business. If they make a derisory offer then surely shareholders would simply not vote for it.

He doesn’t need to go over 30% to make a formal offer, he could do that now. The 30% would just mean that he has no choice.

I would say the full letter suggests just the opposite. It's a a really scathing letter and well worth a read as personally I think it's spot on. This is going to end in tears for somebody - but hopefully not us.

No, it is not. That is misleading to say the least. It is only there if the situation merits it and the stronger the language the more it is merited.

As I said Jonny come back to me in a few weeks or at least with the going concern statement from the latest accounts (which contrary to what you say is NOT standard wording for AIM companies with no revenue - just look at HE1 for example).

Agreed. Congratulations to all those and wish I was among them. Suspect most averages for those on here is much higher though so we haven't got as much to be pleased about. Mine is now 0.9p (with my purchase this morning as I really thought this would have more legs with the latest tease). A penny and I'm gone so please carry on ramping before it's too late (not that I think anything said on here affects the sp).

I was just trying to lighten the tone having been called the names I was. Thought my response quite restrained and dignified in the circumstances but by all means talk about a comma.

Anybody stung listening to anybody on here deserves what they get. Says it all really.

I really thought more people would fall for this latest teaser and it would create the spike I have been waiting for but the response so far has been disappointing. A 20% rise is not too shabby but was hoping for a lot more. Seems like 'Fool me once...fool me twice...' is playing out although we are far beyond 'twice' already - it appears he's tried this trick one time too many for most.

Seems plenty still believe the latest waffle but not enough for them and/or new investors to really put their hands in their pockets and push the sp up much more.

I think the placing is now less than a month away with this news so hopefully there is another push or teaser before that. Forget 1.2p, I'd settle for a penny now as I don't want to be left bag holding at the placing.

Whatever happens one outcome that doesn't seem possible is it to simply end with Ashley becoming CEO. Ashley as CEO and Kamani as Chairman? Can't see that lasting a week.

So feels to me like an all out powerplay with at the end of it either Ashley or Kamani left pulling the strings. What that end is who knows but it maybe enough for Ashley to get whatever he wants (Debs?) and this is just a play to force that and leave Kamani with the rest. Otherwise I think Ashley will seek control of everything then do as he pleases.

Whatever happens it cannot surely be worse than how the business is being managed now so looking forward to seeing how it develops...

Sorry unhooked was genuinely trying to work out what you were asking. Thought you might be referring to an alternative proposed arrangement or had missed the RNS about the facility or wanted to know if there were other terms and conditions attaching to that facility.

Not me. Just sitting back watching it all play out as expected. Though disappointed with the rise so far and so put some more in to drop the average further and therefore now looking for only 1.2p to exit. So please try harder to get it there and be quick about it as I want to be out before the placing. Clock's ticking.
