Surely they all could - depending on how much money you have to start with? (Assuming of course that you're not already a millionaire.)

But yes, if they did have a working product that proved to miners the claims regarding Method B then it would only take a relatively modest investment to turn into a million. But it's rather a big 'if' though...maybe one in a million?

Taken from the business update:

"The Group will publish its results for the six months ended 31 August 2024 in early November 2024."

They did say they would be published ‘early’ November so it really ought to be sometime next week if they stick to that.

None whatsoever. I have a little left in for trading but one last spike and I'll be out for good as I don't want that to be in it when the end finally comes. They should have a little time left yet - though the Galaxy news may precipitate things. I suspect I'll still be in longer than you though...

Cohan - many just like you have popped up over the last couple of years either plain ignorant or wilfully dismissive of what has changed for ARB since their glory days. Instead seeing bright things for BTC and thinking that this means a certain uplift for ARB simply because it was £3 before and so it could be £3 again - or at least something much more that it is now. ALL those people soon disappeared though when they realised ARB was not recovering whatever BTC did and so shall it be again and like all the rest you will soon vanish into thin air too. I'll give it two months at most before you quietly slip off this board just like all the others have done before you...

Obelix, there is no troll 'gang' just some people who are complete strangers to each other that do not share the same rosy outlook for the company that you do.

The reason why posts get removed is that people report them and the most prolific reporter is actually somebody on 'your side' who you conveniently forget about. As to those that have been banned they tend to be those who spam the the board with misleading, disruptive and/or abusive posts and J&S were certainly guilty of that. They are not banned simply for negative posts that are backed up with substance and which are never challenged in kind.

So perhaps focus more on the company and less on other posters and you may be more successful in your investments?

Or they will pile in to North American miners (tax-free via an ISA) which are all much better positioned than ARB and that follow the ups and down of BTC more closely. So whilst North American miners are taking off again ARB continues to stagnate around 10p, held back by its perilous financial position that cannot be fixed by a bull run alone. There just doesn't seem to be enough 'dumb money' around to shift it much north of that.

And I'm struggling to understand how you can't see that ARB will not be around in a couple of years. It has old machines , is low on cash so can't afford to replace them, that money (including its 2 - yes TWO - BTC) will run out soon as its outgo exceeds its income (and will continue to do so even if BTC reaches $100k) and all that is even before considering the favourable hosting agreement with Galaxy that is coming to an end soon.

Yes, they have done well to survive but they only managed to do that when the sp was under 3p because they did the unthinkable and sold their prize asset (Helios) and some of their unused machines for knock down prices. They have no more assets left to sell so when the money runs out this time it runs out - unless they do a raise (which will dilute significantly and not raise much anyway) or get somebody daft enough to lend them money (which they can't pay back - just like they can't pay back the existing bonds they already have). They have been managed well since they crashed so kudos to Chippas but it's been damage limitation only.

And yes the latest RNS was much better but the $3m revenue was predictable (as in fact I did predict it) but that's where the revenue probably peaks I'm afraid.

So there are still trades to be had and you may even get your 17p (though I doubt it) but a four bagger from here is in my view completely impossible and you can hold me to that. As you can the slim to no chance I think they have of surviving 12 months for the reasons given above.

However, happy to be proved wrong if you can come up with a plausible scenario backed up with numbers of how ARB can survive and thrive as a business. This is a challenge that has been thrown out from various of us to many newbie rampers but not one has come back with anything beyond BTC booming (which is not nearly enough on its own to rescue them). So I won't be holding my breath...

It’s the only one on LSE. Thankfully I’ve more than made up my ARB losses on other miners who have gone up whilst ARB has stagnated after its fall from grace. I still hold a few shares here though for old times sake and out of complete stubbornness.

If you're really lucky you might scrape a bag out of this but much more likely you'll just be left holding one if you hang around too long.

Plenty of more appealing looking miners out there (i.e. all of them).

He might have called the price right (though some way to go yet) but I think it has more to do with being dragged down by the poor results at ASOS this morning rather than his claims of market manipulation yesterday - or it could just be something else altogether.

I know but the poster claimed the property in Burnley alone was worth over £1 per share which would make it worth well over £1bn. As I said, absolute madness.
