Not true. There is a world of difference between trying to sell products to the market (where they’ve been many times before) and actually selling products to the market (where they have never been before).

When we hear about the first deal then we can say they are ‘being sold’.

Perhaps they are buying now - who knows? Otherwise they wait for 5p as if the sp goes above that then there is no risk, as you say, and instant profit if they sell.

It is just a standard sort of option and nothing to get excited about whether you’re a bull or bear. They are worthless at the moment but may not be in the future - in the meantime they pick up their consultancy fees.

I don't think this is a big issue. They have said they have lots of people doing work but as you suggested before they are working as consultants NOT employees so do not appear under employees or have their pay shown under salaries or wages. There are three places in the accounts where their cost may appear including the R&D line you mention (and the most likely), legal and professional plus administrative expenses.

These three areas will include all people that contribute (who are not employees), not just the boffins in the lab, and comes to around €2m in total.

This may still seem light even if it is all consultant payments but as you also say we don't know if they are full-time - which they almost certainly aren't. In addition at least some have been granted options but these will be add-ons that come into play in the event of significant sp rises so are not the only or primary part of their incentives (though could end up being more valuable if things go really well).

I think this discussion is missing the point a bit. Debenhams does not have any debt allocated to it but if you ignore the group debt and (other corporate costs that may not be fairly allocated to it) then saying BOO should be valued much higher because Debs MP alone is worth more than the current mcap is disingenuous at best and downright misleading at worst.

If they sell Deb MP for say the current BOO mcap then we would only benefit if what was left behind (including the cash from the Debs sale) was worth more than the whole thing was previously and what is left behind still has that debt and now much lower growth and profit prospects. Of course the cash could be used to pay off the debts but that would just leave a heavy loss-making business with a weaker cash position and so more likely to need debt again in the future.

In short to make any meaningful assessment of BOO as a whole by using the valuation of any particular part of the business you still need to allow for all the financials, including debt wherever it sits. The sum of the parts may indeed be worth more than the whole but you don't prove that by valuing and adding up all the parts of the business at a breakaway value and conveniently excluding the bits that drag down the value of the group down - as they will still be there.

Very happy for you MrH that you are so supremely confident but note there is no sign of the you actually answering any of the doubts raised about the company of which there have been plenty (don't worry I won't list them all, it would just bore some and would be pointless as nobody ever answers them anyway).

Let's just see how that 'strong interest' translates into contracts and whether the revenue after summer turns out to be any more real than that promised in 2024.

Actually UserSteve is one of the few posters to have done exactly that (as have I).

PS - the miners won't do any deals with us for Method C. Any contracts will be with chip manufacturers.

Rather than laughing MrH maybe you can have a stab at being serious for once and actually answering the question than just avoiding it. There are many other similar questions that to me raise serious doubts about the validity of what they are trying to achieve and that's just on the technical side. So that's before all the doubts caused by the continued failure to deliver on previous promises and goals.

This is why I cannot take them seriously as a company and an investment (apart from as a trade) but most here don't seem to care or just say something like FG knows what he's doing and would never lie to us - they are the experts not some nobody on an investment forum. Fair enough, I'm not an expert but that shouldn't stop me (and others) from asking some basic if inconvenient questions.

Besides if all the doubts raised really are nonsense then it shouldn't take long for some bright spark to simply repudiate them with clear, logical and convincing arguments and put us in our place - but they NEVER do (which just increases the belief with the sceptics like me that it's all just a sham).
