Just the usual suspects. Nothing new there or anything to fret over. Just find it amusing so many project their own behaviour on to others and at the double standards on show (like how the huge tick-up numbers on some ramping posts is not commented upon).

You're just another poster who adds nothing to the debate, just abuse and thinks everybody expressing a contrary view has an 'agenda' or is 'playing a game'. If that makes you feel better about your investment then go for it.

I don't know how anything I say could prompt such a label. Realist, contrarian or even a pessimist maybe but struggling to see narcissist. That would apply more aptly to posters like RKB ('I've spoken to FG') I would have thought?

No it doesn't as that's not a fact as I don't tick up my own posts and wouldn't know how to without another account (which, unlike Obelix, I don't have).

It's odd that what you have against Brew is that you say he doesn't back up his posts (even though I believe he often does) when FG doesn't back up any of his claims and you are quick to accuse others of lying and ticking up their own posts etc. without proof.

It's a shame that you, like many others, don't actually challenge points posters like me raise but just throw out insults and baseless accusations. But that's the curse of social media I guess.

Just prefer a more realistic view on my investment than the endless, blinkered, ridiculous ramping of most posters here (and on many other boards) which I think is just a sign of such people falling in love with their investment, being insecure about it or of just being naive.

I know you didn't. I never said anything about 3p. You asked why It had only gone up 3% and I gave the reasons why I thought it wouldn't be expected to go up that much more than this - even if just 3% was (to me at least) still a little surprising.

Because it is not the 'great' or 'brilliant' news that many here are making out.

They had already won the case, they have just won the appeal against that judgement so hardly unexpected. It is still good news though and better of course than losing the appeal.

However they do not now get the initial €700k cash injection (and need to recover the €170k from the receiver). So this hits immediate cash flow although they should have enough cash any anyway to not make this a problem for a least several months (though should get a better idea of this next week when the results are released).

The voiding of the early settlement also means they are only entitled to 70% of the final money - not 100%.

Finally, winning the appeal was the 'easy' part. Actually getting hold of the money is the much harder part and is what will really move the sp north (along with any positive news on testing or deals of course).

Having said that I would have expected at least a double digit % increase today maybe even to a penny, but not much more, so 6% (at time of writing) is a little disappointing.

Seems mainly retail - I’m part of the 15.43%. A very small part :-)

As this has been answered so many times already with so many reasons and by different posters there really is no point trying to explain it to you again if you simply won't listen or believe what is being said. And nobody spends all day, everyday I here - I certainly don't (am averaging only just over a post a day on this board now).

If you don't like the negativity just block it out by using the filter button and enjoy the one-sided view instead whilst we wait for real news and not the made up stuff.

Seriously though, I don't know why you and KK find it so hard to understand and believe the reasons Brew gave (for the umpteenth time) as to why he posts or why it even matters? I also don't understand why you don't welcome negative comments as much as positive ones. This board has both and I think in broadly equal measure which I feel is very healthy. If they were all positive or negative that would be useless to everybody and instead just give either or a false sense of security or insecurity respectively.

But, as has already been suggested, if you just want to hear the happy clappy positive then just filter out the posters that are too pessimistic for you. Easy.

Why do you assume they will change to a long even if they do close their short? They clearly don't think much of the company having shorted it for so long.

That's a great attitude. Not knowing about a company fundamentals is a bit of a disadvantage but not really with this as there aren't really any. The only thing you might look at with companies like this that aren't producing revenue yet is their balance sheet and in particular their cash/debt position but this seems relatively healthy - for now.

So this share just boils down to how likely you think they will be in launching successful products, how good they will be (method B should knock it out of the park whereas A and C will struggle to get it to first base) and the current sp you are being asked to pay. In short, how much do you believe?

It is clear from this board that this level of belief varies enormously but you've just got to make your own mind up.

You sound the opposite to me as I'm a numbers guy not a nuts and bolts one but like you if I went on to a DIY forum it would be to pick things up - not dispense knowledge I don't have. Good luck with the learning and my only tip would be never to take what anybody says on here at face value (including me!) but always follow up with your own research to check anything. ATB

Of course timing investments well is key to success but I wasn’t talking about that. Also you only know if you timed it well after the event of course.

Just averaging down has little to do with timing. It’s just a question of are you getting an even better price for a stock that will eventually come good or are you simply chasing losses and throwing good money after bad. You can’t be certain either way - only time will tell in the end

Awl - of course there is nothing wrong with being a newbie, as you say we all start off that way. The 'problem' comes though when newbies (or others that should know better) start sounding off (and getting abusive with it) as if they are experts - like Koolkat's nonsense about 'leveraging' yesterday and how such averaging down almost certainly puts him in a better position. (Of course it only puts him in better position if the share then goes up - it puts him in a worse position if it keeps going down - and which way it goes here largely depends on what significant news comes out next which obviously nobody can be certain of.)

So being a newbie is ok but it should be a time of acquiring knowledge not pretending you already have it.

Lower than you said it could go when you were in your ramping phase last month. I don't agree with PAS much but I do on this occasion - your game is easy to see. Shout your book without anything meaningful to add to the debate - just like you do on every share you pop up on.

I didn’t forget the full year results as I specifically mentioned the statutory reporting i.e. the interim and full year results and as the word ‘statutory’ implies is something they have to do and of course they put the best spin on those as possible including the investor presentation. The CMD could be good and informative but that’s to come.

In the past year I cannot think of a single, unprompted communication designed to uplift the spirit of shareholders other than externally generated news (like Frasers, CMA).

So any piece of good news or idea of direction during the year would have been welcome rather than just talking about the company only when they had to report. I think it was just a symptom of the fact that good news or optimism was thin on the ground.

And how many of those RNS were updates of company progress, strategy, developments or any other kind of meaningful news to get existing or potential investors excited?

Just the statutory reporting, holdings in company, share scheme updates, staff changes etc.

Even the last intra-reporting trading update was a single, terse comment.

I call only saying what you really have to radio silence but again, each to their own.
