Chanel spent a fortune to create a brand

I asked a few friends have you heard of Cellular Goods & they said no is it a mobile phone accessory company lol

If I were them I’d do a 50% off launch offer to get it out there as I’d only buy if endorsed & they’ve done zero on social media influencers - they should have all this ready pre launch! I’m looking at the the new Volkey SM9 golf wedge @ £159 but can’t get it yet but loads of sites have reviewed it, loads of YouTubers have reviewed it etc etc etc just a poor launch again

If you search “ Rejuvenating Cannabinoid Face Serum” on Amazon all the others are £9.99 to £19.99 so @ £99.99 I doubt many will buy …. Be honest would you?

If it aimed at a premium market then it should be in Harrods, Selfridges, Harvey Nichols etc vs Amazon
I buy premium wines, shoes & clothes but not through Amazon
Product needs to be in right retail outlet to reach a target market
