Directors always know what’s going on & are allowed to buy & sell as long as reported to markets & the markets can choose to take those as positive or negative signs

I’ve worked for many US companies & was always allowed to buy & sell & every employee had a clear view of how the businesses were doing unless in a results black out window (closed period) which Nova are not in

There is no AIM rule stating they cannot buy or shell shares but there is rule stating they have to share material news to markets if they have it

My concern is their ability in resources & cash to get it out of the ground & ship to countries that need it after processing to realise any return or profit

getafgrip I feel you are an x-dark employee disgruntled they lost their share options as nobody would spend so much time analysing & commenting on a share they don’t like unless paid to do so but x-employee is my call

Errrrm they only made a loss of £2m to £6m a year 2015-2019 pre Covid but have reduced Covid outlook but offset with new products - can’t see them needing to burn cash as revenue will cover their operations easily now

With £101.8m cash in bank & no debt as of Dec 31 a share price of 148.25 would mean 1:1 cash with still profit coming in - might be giving away cash at this rate where the SP is
