I’m just so disappointed given the time they’ve had & yet again a poor launch

They need:
- Better CEO
- Rebrand
- Better launch PR company
- Repackaging
- Repricing
- Better retail channels
- Celeb endorsements
- Social media outreach influencers
- Samples to try

The product can be as great as you like such as laserdisc & Betamax but if VHS & DVD do the better job the market makes the decision

Just feels lacklustre for a company I had high hopes for
