I'm sure a lot of people on here understand about value investing, that is acquiring more that you are paying for. Therefore those investing in Hemogenyx must be able to value the business in order to be able value the stock. So, despite having an average of £3 I chose to average down and when it dropped I averaged down again, and when it dropped to the current price I bought again.

Whilst im sure there are those who say I'm trying to catch a falling knife, I'd respond with one of my favourite investment quotes:

Vlad has stated that they'll get serious interest from big pharmaceutical companies after 4 patients not 10 as you suggest. According to the FDA protocol the first 4 patients have to be 28 days apart then they can treat patients every two weeks, although the FDA could interject and state they can treat them simultaneously.

My view on funding is that they won't do anymore small placements, they'll be looking to get several million dollars in through selling a percentage of HG-CT-1 to a VC, and that should happen relatively quickly.

Whilst awaiting news it's important to note that small caps in the biopharmaceutical space can move very quickly with any positive news.

Tiziana Life Sciences recorded a 155% year over year gain on positive clinical results.

Candel Therapeutics recorded a 268% gain on the FDA fast-tracking one of their products .

Monopar Therapeutics spiked more than 600% in a day last October on news regarding a worldwide licensing agreement with Alexion.

Bright Minds Therapeutics rose from $2.49 to $38.49 in one day and rose 2,942% year on year just on a rumour they were about to bought.

That's why the initial efficacy results on the secondary objectives from the hospital are so important next Monday. If the results are as positive as expected, especially coupled with VC funding, things can and should change very quickly for shareholders.

With the FDA protocol guidelines Hemogenyx will receive their first detailed report from the hospital on the secondary objectives for patient one a week on Monday and as you say we should definitely hear about the infusion of patient two sometime next week, hopefully early next week.

My guess is non dilutive finance will be agreed within those two weeks as well so hopefully the bad times are behind us.

Mr I Hemogenyx had finished their work last week, timescales are now down to the hospital but as Hulver has eluded to if everything is going to plan it should be very soon.

Manufacturing of HG-CT-1 is currently underway for the treatment of a second patient.

Well as fear gripped investors and they took substantial losses JHFH called it, tariffs paused and off the table for another 90 days.

Quite probable Hemogenyx will bounce back up 10% or so tomorrow with those that panicked looking rather silly.

People should be aware that securing finance from a single institution with no trial data is vastly different from securing funding from multiple institutions with data on both safety and efficacy from patient one, that we are told experienced no adverse reaction to the treatment with efficacy showing early promise, who's still alive six weeks on.

By definition if there are multiple interested parties then it stands to reason the data looks encouraging and if that is indeed the case Vlad can negotiate far better terms for himself, the company and shareholders.

Despite the market turmoil I'm more confident than I've ever been, as I believe this particular finance will take us beyond the fourth patient..and that's when the serious discussions with majors start. I also believe the initial results will be outstanding.

We may all be in the dark as people have eluded to but as George Orwell would probably say, some are more in the dark than others.

Does anyone really think that a hospital that has been ranked number 1 in the USA for 23 out of the last 25 years and has never been out of the top 2 since 1990 would agree an 18 patient clinical trial with Hemogenyx if they had doubts on the science or finances?

Do people really think that the multi decade experience of Prevail's people would lead them to invest in Hemogenyx at nearly 300% above the current SP?

Do people really think having Vlad, and two scientists who have between them been responsible for bringing two of the top 5 best selling worldwide drugs to market at Hemogenyx counts for nothing?

I've said countless times do not worry about the past, look towards the future. Hemogenyx WILL secure funds for this trial and non dilutive funds. More importantly this therapy will work and be VERY valuable.

That's my opinion.If you so agree, be patient and you'll be rewarded.

As of last night I'm told patient one, I think 44 days into treatment, is alive with still no adverse effects to the treatment, with early efficacy continuing to look encouraging.

Your timeline may well be right, although the second patient may have already been injected so we may hear on Monday. It's around two weeks before the hospital will inform Hemogenyx of efficacy of patient one, according to the FDA protocol. I'm assuming finance will be sorted very soon after those results.

There's no doubt Hemogenyx have suffered setbacks on their journey that in turn have had an adverse effect on shareholders, the two that spring to mind are the CLN's with Mint and the clinical hold for HG-CT-1.

But, they made it through and are now not only a clinical company but a company that maintain 100% ownership of their IP whilst controlling their own destiny by manufacturing the product candidate themselves.

So whilst I get that everyone including myself is down I will not be ruminating as to what could have been and will look forward to what still could be.

The initial results from patient one look highly encouraging and patient two is on the verge of receiving treatment. Hemogenyx are therefore two to three months away from knowing whether they have developed a cure for a vicious cancer and if they have it will be very valuable to quite a few major pharmaceutical companies and whether a licencing JV or an outright sale or HG-CT-1 or even the company itself, Hemogenyx are unlikely to need more funds for several years, if at all.

The science looks solid. The main risk to me is securing non dilutive funds to get another two patients treated as I believe four will provide all the data required for majors to get involved. From what I understand that funding will be secured this month.

So personally I'll hold and accumulate for three months as by the end of Q2 Hemogenyx may well look very different from today, especially in value.

Fear is temporary, regret is permanent.

Comment: HEMO, the company which is apparently working on the cure for cancer, the common cold, and even baldness, perhaps does not get enough credit, or indeed, any credit for its strong links with the FDA.

Mr I the RNS today is largely irrelevant as it only covers the timeline up to and including February 6th 2025.

Having successfully treated their first patient Hemogenyx can now begin to manufacture for other companies bringing early revenue into the company. CAR-T can cost over $100,000 a patient and Catl June of UPenn has stated the internal cost is $20,000.

The benefit of Hemogenyx at this time is the made in America stamp which also gives access to working capital.

"The treatment was well tolerated, with no adverse effects observed, thereby passing the initial safety assessment.

Early signs of efficacy are encouraging".

However a month has now passed and still no adverse effects and the patient continues to be monitored.

Now personally I'm 100% sure the next round of funding will be non dilutive and will enable Hemogenyx to reach the stage where a large pharmaceutical company will either license or buy HG-CT-1 outright.

But that's just my opinion, not any sort of investment advice. If anyone thinks the next funding will indeed include further dilution then either sell up or don't invest in Hemogenyx. I really don't care what others do.

With the immediate injection of the second patient followed by non dilutive finance being agreed, I'm happy to continue to accumulate. But for those who do like to trade for a couple of percent I have a favourite quote..
