Whilst you may be right remember that both Vlad and a VC will have access and real time data for the second patient so they'll know pretty quickly.

Also note that if patient two responds in efficacy and safety as well as patient one it really puts Hemogenyx in a strong position. That's because Vlad said they're looking at a 30% success rate across the trial and if the first two patients respond well it would lead to just another 4 out of the next 16 to take the therapy well for Phase 1 to have been judged as a success.

Mr I, I believe major pharmaceutical companies will not want to license or buy HG-CT-1 until 3 probably 4 patients have been treated so with patient 2 being injected later this week we're probably looking at 3 months.

So I believe Vlad has to find money for 2 maybe 3 months. There's two options, either he gets a loan or he engages with a VC and sells a percentage of HG-CT-1 on a phased drawdown for an increasing percentage that he either takes or doesn't, with an opinion to buy back any percentage given at a later date.

I'm pretty certain either of the two options, loan or VC will be agreed and sorted this month.

Yes they are up nearly 100% today but what's also of interest from their journey through their clinical trial over the last four and a bit years which has seen an increase on the SP of 880%.

Hemogenyx have just started their journey this year, thd first patient is still showing promising signs of efficacy and still has no adverse effects from the therapy indicating HG-CT-1 is not only working but is safe.

The second patient is due to he treated this week and after I had a brief communication with Vlad tonight he sounds very confident for the future of Hemogenyx.

Every day that passes puts us in a stronger clinical position and once a non dilutive finance package is announced I believe we'll get a company valuation that matches some pretty amazing scientific progress in the treatment of the deadly disease that is AML.

Others may disagree and look to the severe dilution we have suffered but I'm choosing to look forward at where we are going to be rather than where we are.

Personally I'm just waiting patiently. Production in the states and CPR with resource estimates to come, then we'll see sensible value. End of Q2 should be interesting.

there's no doubt vlad doesn't give a **** about shareholders but our interests are now, for the first time truly aligned. if he wants to progress with the science he has to get a multi million dollar investment and if he does, it'll add substantial value to shareholders as any financial support simply has to be non dilutive.

in turn, a multi million dollar investment from either a major pharmaceutical company or a venture capitalist will be based purely on the trial data which by definition will be a major validation of the science and the product candidate, hg-ct-1.

nobody can deny that if hg-ct-1 continues to show the safety and efficacy we believe it has then either through licencing or a sale hemogenyx will receive tens if not hundreds of millions of dollars, securing all the funds necessary to progress both cdx and cbr through to clinical trials.

my personal belief is that if hg-ct-1 gets to that stage it validates all the product candidates from a scientific standpoint such that the logical outcome would be an outright purchase of hemogenyx that could be in excess of one billion dollars. obviously this investment is not without risk but i still believe everything looks extremely promising and the upside from here is phenomenal.

Great post by Vlad. No adverse reaction and promising efficacy from first patient with second patient about to be treated. It's looking like it's as Vlad said in his recent interview, their second generation CAR-T product will have similar efficacy as the handful of CAR-T therapies already approved by the FDA but it will be safer.

Looking good for all investors in my opinion.

It's no wonder Vlad is bullish. Having encouraging signs of efficacy in a dose-escalation study is outstanding as is having no adverse effects and being safe, in the treatment of AML which is notorious in having severe side effects from other companies offerings.

Those that question Vlad and Hemogenyx getting the necessary funds to complete their life saving work are going to be very disappointed in the not to distant future. In my opinion anyway.

HG-CT-1 is going to be a very valuable product whilst also substantially derisking CDX which will be even more valuable.

And if both are proven scientifically who's to say CBR won't do exactly what it says on the tin??

JHFH I don't know why you keep mentioning the possibility of Hemogenyx going bankrupt. It appears from initial results HG-CT-1 WORKS. If that is the case the ONLY question is how much money Hemogenyx gets and from whom they get it.

If it doesn't work that's a different question but there's nothing published to date to suggest that.

Micky there's no doubt the last raise was an unmitigated disaster..but it does get them to June where they would have the data from 3/4 patients.

The purpose of posting those old interviews was to demonstrate the Prevail software allows Hemogenyx and major pharmaceutical companies early access to results and that Hemogenyx are already talking to them.

Imo the choice Hemogenyx have is to trade a small percentage of HG-CT-1 to a VC to get them to a stage where majors would buy it or take a larger amount from a VC for a greater percentage and sell or licence it for a higher price.

The only thing I concern myself with at the moment is that initial results are extremely encouraging. It is looking more and more likely it works and if ih does it's worth hundreds of millions of dollars and all our frustration disappears.

It's a fact that Vlad is talking to both VC's and major pharmaceutical companies as they need money to progress through Phase One of the trials and they have no headroom to place again.

It's anticipated they will buy into the product rather than the company, funding the trial in exchange for owning a percentage of HG-CT-1 l.

Pingu Vlad said the major benefit of Orphan Drug Designation is the 7 year exclusivity period when granted and as such it's makes sense to apply for it later in the trials.
