Eco's share of well costs have been quoted between $4 and $6 million per well. I think they will drill two wells but have options to drill further wells. Tullow has another block to drill, so I think Latuk/Hammerhead will get drilled first in a location that means the drill bit will go through all prospective layers. Then I think they will drill the other prospect at the very top of the block, the one that has been on every map from the beginning and seems up dip from Lisa. I think the rig will then go to Tullow's other block for a drill, they will digest the Orinduik results and decide on using up the option/s.

They are very well cashed up, don't worry about that.

I would be happy with two wells, three would be ideal but heh, two is still great. The POO will go up again soon, watch out for OPEC/Russia in a couple of weeks, they will slash production which will stabilise the price again. I think the price will oscillate between 60 and 80 dollars over the short/medium term depending on how well they control the supply.

The other MSC contract is not Iran, it is another country. We have been told that by PF at AGM. It is also 'transformative' but not as big as Iran. From the 'noises' I suspect bigger than SL but not over £10million per year.

Amongst all the chitchat/no comment he did say, 'more than you know' so one suspects that the number of potential clients for MSCs has grown rather than shrunk. Excellent news, it's bee show cased in S Korea for 6 months or so, in trials with multiple potential clients and the first one has come through with a purchase. It's taken longer than we would have liked but that is the nature of the beast. Well done management, more proof they are the real deal and the product works, is useful and is commercial. They buy stakes in oil companies or their assets so the companies can drill . They are not operators. This is an investment company, not an operator so criticising them for not being very good operationally is ridiculous
