No, they have other assets in the area, both off shore Guyana and Suriname. They will collate everything, come up with a plan and there will be a 3-8 well campaign over their assets. It is a big deal for them and they are in charge. They are in the process of sorting out their debt mountain and have to spend money carefully. A 2019/20 campaign is realistic. I imagine it will be a year of drilling. Looks like there will be more than 1 well drilled just on ECO's block

The Iran contract is completely solid, no funny business going on re. signing dates save for the fact that the Iranians may well have cracked on with getting it signed pre May 8th.

As per all comms. WSG business falls out of all sanctions as it is to do with passenger safety/security of airplanes flying into other countries. Nothing can be decided until EU have put up what protections/banking they will put in place to maintain JCPOA. Then we need Iranian reaction i.e. stay in JCPOA. We also need to see scale/scope of extra extra US attempts to bully the world to its ways. Then suppliers/bankers/insurers will know the rules of the game and show their hand. We were led to believe it real is more a question of process, when rather than If. There are plenty of alternative banking/insurance possibilities in Germany and other countries. Suppliers will be sorted one way or another.

The other deal is very much on for this year and when asked on scale, PF concurred it was transformational.

At least the Chairman and CFO will buy stock on market and they will set up a 'automatic share buying scheme' of some sort where a percentage of their wages is used to buy stock in the company. Everything is v slow in the exploration business as it is so expensive to drill wells. Just got to be patient.....I've been invested in this company for 6 years, I can wait a year or two more for drilling as I believe the prospects are great.

was originally stated to be analysed by the end of Dec 2017, then January 2018, then bits and bobs were handed over to Total, but still the final data package has not been handed over to Total and we are in late June. When it is handed over Total have 120 days to make their minds up. I wish they would be more realistic with time management. Lots of drilling activity in both our areas of interest but I cannot see ECO getting a drill bit into the ground anywhere for at least another year. I expect some great results from the 3D and a huge uplift in prospects/resources and potential oil in place from the CPR. I also expect Total to farm in v quickly. However Tullow, in their latest plans, does not mention our block in Guyana for drilling. Things can change though, time will tell.

Total rubbish bigears. All big business with us business will pull out of Iran, that is obvious. Wsg is not using any of the banks you mentioned, we have a German subsidiary for good reason. Wsg/Iran business falls outside of ANY sanctions . The eu is putting into law protection for eu companies doing business with Iran. There is a very good chance this contract will go ahead. Think u need to do some reading, have a look at recent statements from the eu. Law in place by beginning of August, I will let others post links if they can be bothered

WSG will not press go button until EU have published/put in place concrete plans and Iran have agreed to abide by JCPOA i.e. do NOT restart nuclear programme. I think China, Russia and India will pick up a lot of the slack of the big company projects, Europe will legally protect and put in place financial framework for SMEs. Together, there will be enough for Iran to stay in the deal.

We are outside sanctions and I think we have a German bank on board, hence the German subsidiary. The smaller German banks have been doing business in Iran right through the sanctions with businesses that are not 'sanction busting'. They are also not exposed to US business so not intimidated. With the new laws that the EU are passing and the ring fencing they are providing for SMEs I think we should be OK. Think they will have to change a couple of suppliers probably. I imagine some are US exposed and wont risk it.
