Really pleased at the way things have progressed since we got delayed by Trump.

Management were very positive at the AGM that the Iran contract would go ahead and that WSG would land at least one more MSC with a different client by the end of the year.

EBITDA positive for second half of year.

2 rounds of financing. One to help kick start the Iran contract. Clearly there must be a lot of associated costs involved to re-jig banking, finance ,supply chain and insurance. And they are in the process of recruiting key personnel that are needed to run the contract. A construction manager to oversee the building of a 3200sq. metre 5 storey training centre, and numerous system/project engineers to install all the new technology that will be required.

I find the small financing the most intriguing. The investor is known to the company and assists in corporate development. To me this seems like a way of incentivising someone who can help them land some new business; Time will tell.

We had just shy of a billion BOE on one prospect prior to this 3D. 7 prospects/leads were mapped on that Tullow presentation. Latuk looks like being part of the Hammerhead structure. Think we will be in the multi billion BOE area once the CPR is published with Latuk COS being 40% odd. Very excited by the drilling campaign next year.

If Tullow/PCL strike we will get drills on Cooper next year as well. Farm ins on other acreage in Namibia..Guy and Sharon. Dream scenario is drills in two postcodes in 2019

I have never seen volumes like this unless there has been big news, negative or positive. This is a poxy £500k placement and 3.85% dilution......something is up, what? I have no idea.

We have seen all those job adverts. That construction manager's job got me thinking and made me look back at my AGM notes. PF talked about building a 5 storey block for training..the construction manager is there to oversee the building of a 3200 sq metre building.............got to be the same thing surely. Looks to me they have lined up banking, finance and supply chain, now they are lining up personnel and £500k to get things started/keep things going.

I really think this Iran contract will happen. They are going ahead, USA/JCPOA be damned. WSG activity is not sanction busting in any way

I guess they raised some money before they needed it. If they had not raised money by October/December the speculation re. cash/lack of cash would have driven the price down. The best thing to say about this is that it was 'prudent'!!

looks to be about 2/3 miles away from Orinduk border, on same trend as Latuk prospect. It could well be one vast field. This would make any drilling of Latuk next year a priority and more of an appraisal well than a wildcat.

LOL, I don't think so. Huge amount of data to process. When they did the Namibian 3D they took a long time to process that as well. This one is as extensive and they are looking at it in more detail because they know there is oil there. Exxon has discovered so much oil in so many plays that ECO and partners will fine tooth comb this data as a result. They will firm up numerous prospects and leads, scale them and give them some sort of priority of drill order/success chance.

only thrive in places the big US/Israeli/French/SA companies won't/can't go. We know they are involved in

Sierra Leone, Iran, Namibia, Zambia, Nigeria etc. etc.

We are not interested in USA, we do no business there.

Our German subsidiary has been of great help in helping sort out banking, finance and WSG has sorted the supply chain. There are multiple ways of sorting out the insurance via Germany, the Middle East and even Iran. It will be as and when we need it, WSG won't need it all at once.

Those job adverts really show they are getting v close to triggering the contract. That 3200 sq metre building would make a very good purpose built training centre. The Iran contract involves training and re-training thousands of security staff. It is a long term €360 million contract for starters, there will be loads of add ons. Construction engineer and multiple jobs for system engineers. It is pretty clear they are close to pressing the green light.
