Apparently silver always goes up first - which is why gold's action so far is viewed with sceptism by some. I bought in here at 770 and sold at 830 because I expected resistance. None seen ! Think i've made a mistake I will promptly be commencing to remedy. Forget POS - H&L have had plenty of articales from "experts" saying this was well undervalued.

And the bailed out banks now refusing to invest in small businesses at the time when they most need it... I'm disgusted with them today to be honest.

Was it RBS that said "we're all right Jack, we're not lending any small businesses anything anymore so there" the other day - that is of course the bank baied out and who supported by the UK taxpayer - which is all the poor people - rich people don't pay taxes. I think that's part of the head wind. Of course Solo are off loading as well - thought DL's tweet was interesting - less of an agenda than normal.

Thanks Laks, my thoughts as well - FWIW I reckon this sell off has to run for one or two weeks before it would really launch gold - and who knows. Thankyou for your warnings. If I hadn't been in a meeting with a dead computer I'd have been out of the market even more quickly yesterday.

Have done - will do some more - but crashes produce the unstable and irrational - so going about it softly softly. Aren't you flappin ?

I sold out of the general market as soon as I saw Lak's posts of triumph - topped up a bit on goldies and HH but have held some back because crashes are irrational and times of great instability. I was diversified - I'm not at the moment (unless you count cash in that)

Laks - gold 1196 - buy or dead cat bounce - I trust your call better than my own - how long, how far IYHO ?
