Ive just looked up the court case and Pat filed a additional document yesterday, from what i can gather (although it not easy to understand the courts website) This document may need to be discussed prior to the case.

No way on this planet is the next stop 3p - absolute tosh! it dipped for 3 days under 7p since last time it was in the 3's range was last February. If you read up on Indian courts, these delays are totally commonplace. They are underfunded and over stretched, nothing to do with the company. As Opulentia just said, theres another £100k on the way too - who gives out cash like that on a business with no prospects?

Is that the estimated value of the licence ? wow i wasnt sure how to value, is it proven or probable opulentia?

They postponed the case last Friday to resume today, assuming they need additional information. They are back in court today. If the case is only a one day, then we may get an rns later today or tomorrow. GLA

The case was ajourned til Tuesday. I see it as a positive outcome that they did not RNS on a Friday, what do they say? Bad news Fridays, good news Mondays?. If they rns on Monday letting people know they are in court the next day, surely its pointless for people to sell with less than 24 hours to the outcome. Having said that, it is Aim so who knows.

No im not saying that - im saying that suddenly he has disappeared - the negativity on this board is no longer required as we all feel that way now anyway - Feel so sorry for LTH who believed in this stock and the drug and the funds they have lost.

I personally think, everyone should send a report to the admins. If there is sufficient, it will take up too much of their time and will ban him. To be fair, banning Scott would actually do him a favour. It would help him focus on something else, like getting help to improve his mental health because this just isnt healthy to him or anyone else
