Maybe it was found out when LEK sent the bank account details for the loan payment to QAI with a reference number. This could then have been flagged up as not a number they have generated and the investigated the situation. How many of us have had issues with account numbers?, Takes time to resolve within a companies administration system and also could have sat in one of QIA's directors in boxes on his desk for days.

Clearly they must have an expenditure budget to ensure the raise was sufficient with existing funds to undertake an RTO or they would have tried to raise more? Also 105m shares will go to a new investor? Not sure why this isnt being taken into consideration? If an investor has been taken inside and still wishes to invest, albeit at a generous discount, they obviously know more than us?
