RLD have stated in an rns they are looking for a RTO within the Mining sector
This is because, they have an immediate asset of circa £53 million tax losses which can only be used if the loss is in the same sector.

Everyone seems to be quoting about 20p but has not taking TA into consideration. There is a gap in the chart to around 34p. I think you will find it will be traded to take this gap into consideration, so expect a price of 30p and above

Just looked at the case number - its changed since 6am from "Pending" to "Undefined"
You now cannot look at the case at all, this usually means its in update.

There is an additional document filed in Nov, that is also pending, not sure if both are required to get a final decision.
