I mean my hopes were already low coming into this conversation given your limited ability to understand the numbers behind the deal.

Using your incorrect numbers the deal holds a truer numerical value of circa $10m & not the £1.8m that you initially called it out to be. I didn’t get into the intangibles of the deal - just wanted to call you out for your basic numerical ineptitude.

Couldn't agree more bonga - the progress of the intangibles is not yet reflected in the figures but will be in the months to come. CLN will help keep things ticking until revenues exponentially catch-up which I don't think we're far from. H2 is far more important that H1 - looking forward to what will be in store - good time to take advantage of a weak price. Will be accumulating another 1m of these in the next few days / weeks.

H&G should keep trying their best to get it sub 1p for me.

I think the strategy will be to get any loan / raise over the line then start the barrage of positive news - they're sitting on it deliberately imo.

It's a rough day bottomz & those here gloating whilst 'holding shares' clearly have their own agenda to uphold. I'm very much at ease here & will be adding in due course - not going to get knickers in a twist over the fact that H1 didn't hit the targets we were expecting. New team haven't had much time to deliver, I think after we sort whatever cash loan is required there will be a raft of positive news to flip sentiment from all time lows. As i've said before - Rome wasn't built in a day.

Then why does helx still hold bidstack if he keeps calling it right? that's not very clever now is it!?

Hm the US sales team haven't been in long & we're yet to see what they're working on & what they have in store for H2+ - it's been deliberately not discussed imo - i.e. get the bad news out now & then hit them with the good news once the dust has settled. I know it's out there.

H1 revs are a little disappointing - but asides from that what I find most interesting is the unusual move (for Bidstack) not to manage forward revenue expectations by providing any estimation of figures... it's intriguing given the scale up (intagibly thus far) & the $100m revenue target for the US team alone... keeping their power dry I reckon.

I imagine those like Gridz & helx who have been nursing their losses for so long will finally sell up & move on given it's 'game-over' for them. Looking forward to seeing a lot less filtered posts.

Will continue to top up at these very low levels.

Quick observation here - the verbosity & frequency of the negative posts always seems to increase right before a big break-out - this exact same thing happened in Dec-21 - G&H must have been paid overtime per post - gets harder & harder to keep a lid on a stock that is about to explode. We're due a big (& positive) news update & I think we'll get one shortly.

Good for you for backing the business with your £22 investment - at least it gives you a semblance of a narrative to back up all your negative views re echo - which apparently is the only investment you ever seem want to talk about in your early retirement.

Like I said we’re at 1/100th of what you first thought would be a good entry point… this is an easy hold short term & at this entry point given the company are basically starting with a clean slate - why not buy yourself a few mil - hold & see - little risk if you’ve got the chedz.

Hm yep Publican - the same thing happened Dec-21 jumping from sub-2p to over 3.5p in a day & then to over 5p. These flash-rises (& crashes tbf) can easily happen on AIM. This time, I think any 'flash'-rise will be more permanent. We've talked about inflection points prematurely before, but I do think we're now very close to the big & permanent break-out. - based upon the team, ads on show, games / develops & clients in the bag internationally. This is the time & price you want to be holding onto millions of BIDS - very bright future ahead.

At 4p - that would have been a very bad mistake. at less than a hundredth of that of think investors entering here are onto a winner.

Nice rise yesterday - should continue in the run up to the announcement & placing which is just over 2x above where we are today.
