This popped up on my IG feed somewhat randomly yesterday - www.whoop.com - lots of similarities with ctag within the healthcare section of their app. Also got an update in Jun-23 this year. Definitely a chance they could be the buyer of amit's tech - $3.6bn mcap - am sure they can afford a meagre $275m to expand their wearables tech.

Still too close to the most recent update to make comments like that imo. next 2-3 months will be interesting - if no concrete announcement news within that timeframe then I think it's definitely game over. all to play for atm as it were.

Christ the illiteracy really is strong with you dags. if you're already of the opinion 'it's time to move on', then you should really move on from this forum. There has to be a conclusion one way or another here over the next few months. No one will buy significant further delays if it drags much beyond this. I think a lot of people are jumping the gun re the sale news being a certain lie. No harm in being positive for a little while longer.

Rk - your point re thresholds is fair. & if the sale isn't announced by my cut off date I'll be joining your side - I just don't see how all the recent website announcements over the last few months are doing anything other than building up to a head of a positive result for shareholders.

The 'truth' is that the company website has stated on their website for all to see that a daap & licensing sale worth $275m is shortly going to be announced by the buyer. It is also true that 'as of today' the whole thing could be a lie but the only evidence supporting this is that 'something hasn't happened yet'.

It's also a truth that you created your profile on 30 Aug 2023 i.e. yesterday. Where've you been these last 6 years buddy? Will people believe you hold £250k shares? I very much doubt it.

'Who knows' is the answer to your question. If we are to believe the corporate updates, the buyer has already told ctag once that they have requested additional time to reveal the complete product platform to the wider market. Amit clearly doesn't want to announce the latest announcement date to avoid further embarrassment in case the buyer changes it again.

I think 3 months from now is a reasonable time-frame for the announcement to arrive - any longer is too long for it to be believable - should be a lot sooner anyhow (i hope).

As a holder it's a hard-stop date for me given the volume of posts leading up to a conclusion of the sale over the last few months - won't believe any more bs if it goes beyond that - then I can join your depressing side.

Ah yes what a 'chump' - one of the few posters in here who can actually spell & write sentences correctly. Really helps me believe the opposite 'it'll never happen' narrative from some of the dim-witted non-holders.

When the news drops; it drops. No pressure on holders to wait a few more weeks or months from here - I give Amit until the end of Nov-23 for the sale announcement tbh.

It's far more embarrassing to be the ones incessantly piping up on the ctag lse forum with the rhetoric 'it'll never happen' than be a genuine holder on the lookout for the conclusion of the daap sale announcement. Seriously - what is the point of bad-mouthing at this juncture? Most holders have maintained patience over the last 6 years so are more than ok to wait a little longer in light of the recent sale updates. Announcement will land shortly.

Ah he just means 'hard evidence' beyond the news of the $275m sale & impending external announcement of the sale as written on the company website (most recent update: 9th of August 2023). Patience is a virtue and all that.

Given the volume of posts on this board I think these days ‘the gullible’ are the ones who think it’ll never happen - no idea why so many of them are posting right now - it’s not like Amit said a $275m deal is about to be announced…
