The Company is delighted to announce that shareholders will receive payment in two tranches.

The first payment is for its $50m licensing agreement. The licensee is a global electronics business with no footprint in MedTech.

Shareholders shall be notified of the payment date, agent and distribution details will follow by week commencing 30th October.

The second payment will consist of proceeds from the DaaP sale. The DaaP sale announcement will follow after the next statement has been issued as an enhanced payment is being negotiated.

The Company remains under strict non-disclosure agreements. All further updates will be published on www.cloudtag.com.

Even if people bizarrely wanted to, the order book’s closed anyhow. Payment update in circa 10days max.

Says the guy who only seems to post on the ctag board... how can you not hold any shares but still have that much of a repetitive opinion that all 'won't come good here'?! you only serve to wind up genuine holders who have everything to gain & next to nothing to lose - given most of the hope was given up on delist.

Yeah agreed trombone. & if we're only judging amit on the basis of his past promises, should we look a little further back to the time he & his brother sold biosense to j&j for $400m? (amit owned 22% of this).

it might take a little time, but he's been involved with larger sales than ctag's. who knows, maybe he's trying to break his own mcap record with these renegotiation activities... wouldn't that be a nice thought!?

Tricky to break the restraint of a 'strict non-disclosure agreement' - it's unsurprising a conclusive, external corroboration hasn't been discovered yet

Amit's got (& will) come up with the goods here, as he's nailed himself down with all of his updates & recorded communications. Far greater chance of any lawsuit succeeding just by using Amit's own evidence against him. Not that any lawsuit will be needed. Just wait for these first payment details to drop (sub-2 weeks) + the first payment to be released - happy to wait a longer for the rest of the cash if this initial one comes through - we'll be on easy street ;D

Could be an even bigger loss for the shorts coming up or maybe Amit’s just having a bit of fun with them :D the goods are still coming - additional patience required to overcome a few more painful weeks. Switch off / filter MT and the payment will come soon enough.

Probably quite hard for him to chillax tbf if he's about to lose a fortune in repayments when the news breaks..! would definitely explain the erratic behaviour & his two new lse acounts over the last few months!

Well I guess I’m just a glass half full guy - really think this will end positively by the 20th - happy to shut up if it doesn’t. Let’s wait and see. No more posts from me until the 20th.

Would far sooner have updates leading readers to the conclusion of a $275m deal than hear nothing at all - wouldn’t you? - the last year has ramped up the comms with this end goal. He would have just stayed silent & no one would have done anything if nothing really was happening. It’s coming home - as for when exactly… we’re close - let’s hope we don’t have to listen to any more excuses.

Worth a re-read of the numerous updates over the last 12 months given the gap in comms the prior few years - clearly there's a deal in progress which is very close to the final announcement.

I think this is the last of the announcement delays - the only get-out now would be if the buyer genuinely decided to knock it back again but I really hope that doesn't happen & can't see why it would after Amit's expressly written words that say the buyer has informed ctag of the announcement date - which to my knowledge hasn't directly been said before.

If the announcement goes beyond that date then who knows what is happening - i'll be closer to your side of the fence but at least will maintain the decorum to not bother venting or stressing on here & twitter via numerous profiles.
