For the record - I’ve not been offended by anything you’ve said in your last few posts AIM4 - we just have a difference of opinion re our beliefs or lack thereof, of ctag’s recent updates. We’ll see that state of play within 2 weeks time anyhow.

My friend’s first house purchase took circa 18months to complete due to the seller’s lack of coordination & record keeping. he kept the faith & finally was able to obtain the property in spite of all the excuses & delays.

Who knows exactly why this has protracted for so long - we only have Ctag’s corporate updates to go on as everything else is locked away behind a strict NDA. If this licensing deal comes in then everything is on. Do you hold many shares here AIM4?

If the execution of the daap sale deal has dragged on because of the purchasing party’s delay then the selling party are well within their rights (providing the terms of the initial agreement permit) to request an additional sum to compensate for inflation. I’ve been privy to deals in conversation for a long time where at the last minute a higher number is put on the table by the seller - either for inflation (ethical) or just because they can (less ethical but legal).

If the buying party has already been using amit’s tech for the last couple of years to establish their platform then they will be obliged to buy his tech. Both parties just need to maintain open conversation & a sense of reasonableness to get it completed.

Nice to remind ourselves that there’s:

1. A $50m licensing sale

2. A $225m+ daap sale

3. Holders will still own shares of whatever’s left - possible relist on the cards too!? 😅

Bad times for non-holders & those exposed - everything to gain genuine for holders 😉

When this payment arrives in a couple of weeks we won’t see or hear from you again. Good luck with the repayments when the bigger sale news drops.

it was your silly guff re bitcoin that made me take a look at your twitter in more detail - when you're not breaking down over ctag you're pumping weak crypto holdings at every available opportunity. mt was definitely ***** (copying & pasting his own martin terry posts seconds after he'd write them) but he never brought up crypto once, that's where you've slipped up. no wonder we've ceased to hear from 'mt' - it's you!

Further to the update of 2 November 2023, the Company is pleased to confirm that the appointed agent for the distribution began its proceedings on time, during the week commencing 13 November. Shareholders are reminded that the process takes around 5 weeks to complete.

Ha clearly you're one of the ones most worried about it if it brought you out of your 'sleep'. Perhaps you'd like to speculate on the administrative process for holders of shorts on ctag given the imminent payment to shareholders?

Oh ye of little faith. We're only 2.5/5 weeks in. There's a lot of admin to prep, shorts to chase & numbers to get right.

Ah what a lovely break in sunny Antigua I’ve just had. When I’d left that Martin Terry chap was still active - take it he’s cleared off for good now? Guess he’s finally accepted a payout is coming his way (or more likely - he’s realised the amount he’ll have to pay to cover is exposed short). Still a little unsurprising to see some posters in here still in denial at the payout news. Hell, even a further update from ctag explaining that the 5 week payment process is on track & that IRS info will be requested by 3rd parties imminently doesn’t seem to be enough to convince them that it’s definitely on.

Surely once investors hear from their brokers re this information request the disbelievers will finally be forced to believe payment is on? Surely when this drops, they will also be forced to believe the remaining $225m + uplift will be happening too? Could we actually see the end of the doom-mongers..?

Looking forward to the wall of silence from the aforementioned that we’ll witness when news of contact drops. Who’d be so miserly to actually cheer on a negative result… oh wait, anyone who’s short on ctag, that’s who 😉
