Fees for the release of the licencing payment worked out at 4% so if that's the same for the daap then we're back at the equivalent of $225m again if the interest is added - so still circa 22p.

i think you misunderstand what i meant by ‘you’ve already lost’. the fact that anyone trans & lgbtq+ are now in the public spotlight & are no longer shunned by the vast majority of people is a massive step in the right direction. i’m sure *** conversion therapy was all the rage back in your day - never meant it was right.

it’ll only continue to grow in support & understanding as the old (& uninformed) grow old & the young take their place - like any society before them. you can shake your outdated stick but it won’t make an iota of a difference.

Heaven help if you ever have a kid that feels the same way. I guess just calling him 'a pansy' or her a 'tomboy' will sort them out... ffs - ignorance is darkness.

That's a dumb question & you know it.

There are extremes on both sides of 'the argument' & both extremes will be wrong. There is a middle which you are failing to see by calling people who identify as trans as 'a sickness'. That in itself is a stigmatization that provokes a lot of unfounded anger & resentment to a small community who are already in a vulnerable place given their situation.
