Free speech is key - but is it not more valid to call out a new poster with an account name of 'Whentag', for attempting to sow a seed by stating that any delay in announcement after 06-Sep-23 means that Amit must have lied about there being a sale in the first place? There's a balance to free speech but I'll call out poster's bs when I see it.

Well i'd much rather be in the position we're in now than at any other time in the past 6 years. Recent announcements via the website have built up to a head - if it doesn't happen within the next few months then i'll agree with the naysayers that it'll never happen. It's feeling very close to the (positive) end result here. No point whining anymore about the journey to this point - if you hold, just wait a little longer & see.

like dragon said - if you're holding here you have everything to gain & nothing to lose - if you were loaned shares here it's quite the opposite - no wonder there is so much hype around amit's recent barrage of positive updates. Either believe what's been written on the company website or don't - it's not gonna change anything calling amit a liar on here!

9th August 2023 - The DaaP sale announcement from the buyer will be published in accordance with their schedule. The Company is in receipt of the date, however, the buyer reserves the right to announce earlier and without notice. All other aspects of the 1st June update remain in place. The Company remains under strict non-disclosure agreements.

1st June 2023 - The Company assures shareholders in line with 30th March update that both license and DaaP deals are completed. The buyer is committed to the Company for the DaaP sale. Following the announcement, the agent details will be published on the company website who will facilitate distribution of funds to all the shareholders. Post DaaP announcement by the buyer there are no additional steps to be undertaken by the Company before funds distribution to shareholders. We expect the fund distribution process to be fulfilled within 4 weeks.

It got answered a little earlier actually as I initially thought the same thing. The announcement date is out of his hands so he doesn’t want another false promise. They didn’t stick to the dates provided last time & amit doesn’t directly want to feel the heat in the event it happens again. Either way, it’s feeling close now. Not too much longer to wait - definitely prefer this to the previous total silence!
