Objectively speaking, there is now a greater chance of this deal successfully concluding than there is it being one giant lie, given that the owner of Cloudtag has updated shareholders via his website that a deal has been agreed & is close to being announced. He's making a larger rod for his own back if this is pure fabrication.

Occam's razor would suggest this is building to a head with sale to be announced shortly based upon the narrative & frequency of the updates. He's setting himself up with all these posts if he's basing it all on one big lie. Plenty of additional evidence to now use against him in the event it all goes south. Still expect the announcement within the next couple of months. Not much else to do if you're a holder but be patient at this juncture.

Feel a lot more sorry for the ones really getting worked up at this point in time lol - where were they in all the quiet times over the last 5 years..!?

Don't disagree - he should have specified the date he has received from the buyer - especially as it's implied in the update that this is the latest date upon which the announcement will be made. Give it a tweak amit would ya?

Resolution of technical issue

9th August 2023

The Company is pleased to confirm that the technical issue has been fully resolved and signed off to the satisfaction of all parties.

The DaaP sale announcement from the buyer will be published in accordance with their schedule. The Company is in receipt of the date, however, the buyer reserves the right to announce earlier and without notice.

All other aspects of the 1st June update remain in place.

The Company remains under strict non-disclosure agreements. All further updates will be published on www.cloudtag.com

As soon as the wider market twigs onto the fact the UFO will be exporting iron ore by Q4 this year this thing will re-rate significantly. low prices won't be around for too much longer...

Patience is a virtue. If you've invested in bidstack you need to prepared to be in for the longer haul. It has significant potential & has definitely developed over the years to the point where their technology is now first class & they're in with the right advertisers & game developers (most games out of all competitors by almost 2x). They also have a relatively new site of salespersons to drum up bigger clientele with larger budgets.

What is yet to happen is this fruition of having secured these bigger spenders which in turn is tied to the lack of market maturity (i.e. bidstack competitors are also in the same boat). It will happen; but it hasn't happened yet.

If you have the patience to see it out - buy low here & hold. If you don't; sell out & move on to something else you think will be more fruitful in a shorter space of time. DYOR

Should have qualified - I don't necessarily mean an offer for the whole thing, more likely just the DSO element, leaving UFO to continue plugging away re the Elizabeth Hill strategy. Would be a huge win for investors here.

Can see an offer being made soon for UFO by one of the major players - great location / high quality ore (+ silver!) in a great jurisdiction. Still need to crack on with our DSO plans in the interim - can't see how this company won't significantly increase in value soon... always darkest before the dawn!
