Well - whilst BIDS haven't announced the AGM yet (still time fyi) - pr*cks like you in tande with TW & those that follow him want to exacerbate the fear & panic of this to get weak hands to sell up.

I mean your back-stories at this point really are laughable - at least try a little harder to stay in character... please?! de-ramping whilst holding is not at all believable. Surely TW's spamming-ring can recruit smarter posters than those behind 'Gridz '& 'helx'? Must be better out there with no moral convictions - they can't be that hard to find surely?

Rome wasn't built in a day - BIDS have grown / scaled up these last few years & have set out what they see as realistic targets for the next 3-5 years. We don't have the detail of the current revenue numbers but we do have evidence of growth via the ads we can see in games, via the increase in number of games / publishers they are allied up to as well as the number of sellers working with them. We also have a very experienced team & sales team on board. All the ingredients are there - we just need a little more patience. Which can only be the reason you still hold here too.

I mean, in a slightly less dramatic fashion, if I hear the phrase 'second half weighted', then I know that's historically true & will continue to be so - retail trading is always H2 weighted - especially given the Xmas trading window forms 3 months of that. If I hear 'lots in the pipeline' then this is also true & will continue to be so (keep checking on the increase in number of publishers / games & sellers we're signed up with) & the fact that there must be lots in the pipeline since BIDS are targeting $100m annual revenues soon. Also: 'unnamed AAA publishers' = NDA (...EA).

Time isn't up, patience will win out here but I will admit, we need far greater clarity & openness on the hard numbers achieved so far this year + realistic projections for the rest of the year. An update on the Azerion dispute would also be helpful & if they could lift the lid a little-more on the specifics of their EA arrangement that'd ease the fears of a few jittery investors i'm sure.

It's been funny reading messages here & on twitter these last couple of weeks. There is a hell of a lot more to lose for those who have shorted CTAG than the unexpected gains for holders that will be received if all comes good.

- if there's another short 'Amit-delay' - it's no biggie - the whole thing is coming to a head & holders stand only to gain.

In the meantime - the fear & panic from those who don't want this deal to go through is palpable... & I'm loving it! :D

I agree RK - you have to be a die-hard conspiracy theorist to think all of these posts & updates are just an elaborate hoax. Best strategy would just have been to go quiet for good &/or not commit to regular posts with short timescales if that was the case.

Because this is Amit I do think there is still a limited risk of the buying company deciding to further postpone the announcement (which 'objectively' would be something out of his control) but given he's stated 'that the announcement 'will happen by the end of May' he must be reliably informed by the buyer that this is the planned & agreed timescale. Only a week and a half max to wait anyhow - could come sooner.

You get these type of posters on every share-chat forum - best off just blocking them as they're just here for the wind-up. (especially non-holders ffs..!) The big prize is coming here folks. As painful as Amit has been, this is being steered to a successful conclusion for all that hold CTAG shares.

'The announcement for the Company’s DaaP sale will be made by the end of May 2023.' - no uncertainties with this line (former timescale was based on 'The Company understands that the announcement for its DaaP sale will be made by the 5th of May 2023' i.e. he wasn't 100% sure but wanted to give an indication as to it being soon.

Payments will be released following this - which for those with their shares still held in nominee accounts (thank you halifax) will see payments dropped in within a matter of hours / days thereafter.

Finish line is in sight - just a little more holding to do..!

It's an interesting RNS - significantly de-risking ECHO's exposure to their creditor's claims but also equivalently clipping the potential of any recovery in the Argentinian assets. Essentially calling it a day in Argentina - (handing the reigns & responsibility to another but retaining a minor interest), with one eye now on other other assets in Colombia. I think there's value & bags here at the current share price but we won't be flying beyond the 0.1-0.2 mark any time soon - ECHO for the foreseeable will be getting a whole lot smaller - far better than going under tho - just my thoughts.

Oh I must have missed it then Gridz too. Would you mind reposting the formal announcement & terms of the EA deal?

Nice quick gamble clearly paying off! If that hunk of junk company CTAG comes in for me on Friday I’ll have another £65k to play with :D a large chunk of which I’ll sink straight back into BIDS!
