Definitely would have been bad to join the BIDS train from 4 years ago so I can sympathise with your position.

It's widely acknowledged that the hard, tangible data has not yet been received from BIDS as is recognised by the current low share price. The Azerion mess-up is another recent & unnecessary distraction. So it's time to re-adjust & consider the current upside vs the current down-side. By default if you're still holding, you must have faith in some form of turn-around.

Outward performance has been poor - agreed. However it's the valuation of the intangibles that hint at the delivery of the potential we know BIDS has that is most important - as can be seen in the volume of ads across international markets, the number of new developer partners & games & the significant increase in sales staff. The arrival of BIDS-led ads in EA's Madden this week (from premium US advertisers) is a clear (but arguable intangible) demonstration of the success & potential of the product.

In comparison with the valuation of rival businesses of a lesser scale & lesser product, BIDS at £25m with £10m cash in reservices are grossly undervalued by any stretch. Easy money sub-2p. Place your bets & wait for the market to catch up imo.

haha 'hate-worm' nice imagery bottomz, spot on. Definitely a disappointing day but there was a chance this could happen & there are too many future positives that all remain in place. Over-reaction here for sure. Bargain hunters will be coming out soon i'm sure of it. Get my bonus at the end of Feb so there'll be a few more being stuck on here when that one lands :D

um yeah:

1. they completed a £10m fund raise in Oct-22.
2. Ignoring all revenue, administrative expenses for 21 came to £8.9m (i.e. £10m would have kept the lights on for the whole of 21 without any revenue required whatsoever...).
3. 'potential litigation costs' at their worst case won't be that high - a few hundred ks tops. Very likely to be far less than that if parties can amicably come to the table to discuss.
4. They will have physically secured most of 22's azerion revenue (2-3 months in arrears). Rest is an accural because they've provided the service up to Dec-22 end.
5. There are other existing streams of revenue asides from Azerion.
6. There are multiple other revenues tbc coming in 23 - hence why the US team was brought on board..! ($100m annual revenue target alone).

Nothing like a bad day to get Gridz all animated. Surprising really given he only ever bought at the beginning of the bidstack journey. i.e. the ups & downs between 2p & 4p are relatively negligible when you're working at a 20p+ average. Alas, you're full of hate, fud & ulterior motives so I guess it's of little to no surprise. Also nice to discover helx1's other alias today... really should strive to disguise your writing style better.

For a mid/long term holder like me (now 1.5 yrs+) the news today is definitely disappointing. It does astonish me how a 'ground-breaking' 2-year deal can come so far south so quickly. The lawsuit is about non-payment of income due to Bidstack by Azerion + the threat of related damages re the unfulfilled duration of the contract (i.e. on the table will be $30m less the income relating to ad spend committed & achieved to date). An update with figures including the sums outstanding & paid to date by Azerion is definitely required asap & is would be the fair thing to do for all shareholders.

Asides from this deal, the company is healthily funded for the foreseeable & it will now be even more interesting to see the progress with other deals, especially from the US team. A confirmed revenue pipeline here could dwarf anything seen to date, finally providing the company with the re-rate that most genuine holders know will soon come.

Still holding all shares & with some reasonable clarity over this dispute, will continue to accumulate.

& helx 1 still admits to holding bidstack shares! Go figure…

it's all gravy - no need to stress + panic, I really think the update will be positive (primarily based upon the volume & high-profile nature of ads seen internationally not to mention the guaranteed revenue stream via Azerion). I think the update will substantiate strong 2022 numbers, in addition to putting some more flesh on the bone re new 2023 opportunities & targets. Hopefully will be the last time we're ever sub-3p. Won't get an opportunity like this one again + we'll never have to hear from any of the 1D decriers / non-investors of BIDS who systematically cheer for failure - don't give them your shares cheaply...

The irony of Gridz calling others ‘broken record’ fml. Think you need to pipe down and see what Santa (JD) brings in the build up to Xmas. Think all shareholders (like Gridz & helx1) will be pleasantly surprised.

And despite all of the doubt and negativity you stir Gridz (always only when the share price is ‘low’ I might add) both you and helx1 still hold bidstack shares… ie by default, you think the price will rise soon. Strange that - actions speak louder than words.

Today was a day of quick traders selling out following the PS leak + macro market sentiment. To those in the know, BIDS got even more valuable as a long play. I topped up again today for that very reason. Very exciting to be holding this one.

it's a shame you never learnt the basic rule of 'buy at the bottom sell at the top' helx 1. At least Tradevol's average is a darn sight better than yours! Imagine he holds many multiples of what you could afford to buy at 30p all those years ago (x10-x100), dear o dear. Patience is very much a virtue which will pay off for those that have it. Can smell another big update coming akin to last December's announcements. If you don't get in now, you'll be locked out for good when it lands. pleasant evening all.

Two people operating a calculator is actually quite a tricky task given we’re in different parts of the country. Appreciate it’s easy for you and Gridz to do it in your cosy bear-cave together. Alas if you had the ability to use a calculator we might have actually seen some numbers come from you, further to your persistent woe re ‘the financials’ of the business, as you so gleefully puff. .

Still, Gridz thought it would be ‘2p by Friday’ because of the day all the extra shares were added and you keep changing your tune between 1p and 2p. All of this whilst you both still profess to keep holding bidstack shares lol.
Remarkable really, come to think of it, you both need to take a couple of numeracy lessons before pulling that calculator out, unless you’re just trying to spell 55378008 of course :D
