RE: Letter to FCA re TW / *************28 Oct 2022 12:49

This is not a one-time event. TW & SP systematically & repeatedly exploit this morally-corrupt mechanic, across a large volume of AIM companies, which in turn generates themselves & their holders income from the shorting shares and buying back at the bottom once the panic recedes. On the flip-side, smaller holders are influenced under a false-pretence, into selling their shares which can then be bought back at the bottom by the same TW & SP followers / members.
I write to you on behalf of a number of private investors who are sick & tired of the lies and exploitative manipulation by TW & SP and would please ask you to impartially investigate and hopefully address this behaviour accordingly (of SP), which as mentioned above, is evidenced across both twitter accounts & the SP website (www.*************.com).
Ultimately I would like to see SP reprimanded and/or de-listed as a trading entity, with the owners heavily fined, as this brand of investigative journalism is based upon bent truths with the ulterior motive of profiteering from the same slander; causing other investors to lose money.
Yours faithfully,
XXXX
