As the RNS quite clearly says; the consideration is comprised of two elements.

The two are not the same. You have not been in RRR for 15 years and are therefore not some long term, long suffering shareholder. One is a lie and the other is the truth: which is it? I was a shareholder 15 years ago is not I have been a shareholder for 15 years.

If we are being kind, there is another explanation; you simply don't understand anything that you post or what you read.

Another lie from Boring Boy. He says he was in during Greenland but lost money. He recently stated that he bought shares in RRR so that people couldn't say he was a non-shareholder. That either means he never was a shareholder or he was and sold out a long time ago and recently bought back. The buy back was, according to him, the "the price of a London pub lunch". According to Grok the average London pub lunch at the time was £11.50.

Off the back of the £11.50 he likes to pretend all this neurotic and frenetic activity is him concerned for his investment.

I am not sure how this "man of my word" thing works but it seems neither do you....

To summarise: I am a man of my word and will never buy RRR shares unless I can see a profit. I will continue to tell everyone not to buy shares except when I am a holder and then resume once I have sold. Does that about get it right Mr Man of my Word?
