The basic issue is that you don't understand much Boring Boy.
NPV and a fair value are calculations based on assumed inputs. Note that Soma now has a strike on its hands and has still not confirmed the start of production at El Limon. It would have been better to keep El Limon but needs must. At one point Soma was saying start of production late July, then early August and then late August and now it still hasn't started production. That delay changes the NPV calculation. The price was agreed following discussions between the companies, as you would expect.
Once Kenya is through the renewal process a deal or deals can be done.
No Boring Boy is not my job to do anything. As things stand, my view is that RRR doesn't need a placing. It just banked £1mil and some warrants and is pretty far down the road with a deal for CDI. The deal for CDI will be getting better day by day. Nothing binding signed yet but getting close. The Aussie side delaying things has worked to RRR's favour in this case. Why is it them delaying things? Well because as I have explained the Aussie company has to make a lot more disclosures than RRR and will need to vote the deal through at a GM. I expect CDI will result in a similar amount upfront plus other back end payments.
Then the next IPO/RTO/ Deal will be RRAL.
A deal for Kenya would be serious value.
All the time you will be drivelling on ad nauseum, doing your drama queen impersonation, claiming you are really, really worried about your £11.50 investment.
You are a funny guy.
