So if you take the June 2021 number of shares in issue and divide into $20,000,000 you get 1.64c per share. If you divide into $240,000,000 you get 19.72c per share and if you divide into $420m you get 34.44c per share. RRR had 50.1% and so 0.82c/9.81c/27.22c per share.

Juno listed in 2021. It published a prospectus in which it stated that it intended to bring Mt Mason into production to fund the development of Mt Ida. Mt IDA has at least 1.8bn tonnes of magnetite: the plan at the time would yield circa $10m pa in royalty to RRR. The board has done so well that a major shareholder recently tried to remove it.

That relates to their data. When companies are looking to do deals, there is a term, "access to he data room". If companies put all their information in the public domain there would be no need for access to the data room.

An exclusivity fee is a prelude to a potential deal. As RRR has said the CDI deal is close. RRR already has £1mil from Soma and at least two exclusivity fees from CDI. Who knows what RRR will get from CDI? No doubt it will be a combination of up front and back end. All they get for an exclusivity fee is access to our data and access to our professionals.

Anyway, tell me again why Soma won't do a deal, how we have lost the BF and CDI licences and how no one is interested in a deal on CDI? Oh yes and how Soma has not paid yet and RRR will default on the POW payment.

I know it is slightly cruel but you set yourself up for it. It must be hard for such an egotist to be wrong so often.

Lets pretend that is an honest question, I know it isn't but lets pretend it is.

RRR commissioned a two month mapping exercise from BUMIGEB. That should be completed shortly. The next step is get some auger drilling done in interesting areas. Maybe some low level production. Given that most of the kit needed was bought and is in BF from when they intended to have a go at Bilbale, it should pretty quick and easy to do something at Boulon. Given that the Burkinabe Government and BUMIGEB wanted us to do something at Boulon, there should be no resistance to some low level production.

It doesn't say a deal before mid-October..... What it does say is....

"The potential sale of certain gold assets in Ivory Coast, in respect of which the Company received exclusivity payments, is finalising documentation and assuming the parties remain ad idem as to indicative terms would be ready for execution shortly."

As I have previously pointed out the disclosures for an ASX listed company are far more extensive than for RRR in this transaction. The logical time to sign it is tomorrow after the close of ASX, so that the ASX company has the weekend to get its ducks in a row.

If you read the above you will realise that RRR was telling the other side to get itself sorted because they might not get an extension or if they do, it will be more expensive. Exclusivity fees are like free money. Companies don't get the exclusivity period unless they actually pay the agreed fee(s). From that you can take that at least two fees have been paid. Note that nothing binding has been signed as of yet otherwise both the ASX company and RRR would need to make disclosure.

I don't know but it is likely that RRR will be banking some more exclusivity fees shortly. There are three possible fees I can think of.

The trolls don't remember much but when the three deals in Zim, BF and CDI were done, it was always intended that they would be packaged up and JV'd, IPO'd or sold. Maybe it has taken a bit longer than intended but the outcome on two will be well worth it.

When RRR started in CDI the gold price was circa $1,700/$1,800 an ounce. The timing as been perfect. The return will be huge for RRR.

Given our expertise on the ground we should be able to replace the CDI assets pretty easily and go again.
