What it has put in doubt is the El Limon mill's immediate restart.Soma was building up a stockpile from surplus ore from El Cordero. It said it wanted 5,000 tonnes in the stockpile: how much is there now, no one knows outside Soma knows. It said other ore was coming from Escondida and from the former illegals. Again, no one outside the company knows if the material from Escondida and the former illegals is coming in yet.

IMHO it is likely they won't switch El Limon on for production until the strike is settled. The need to know they have a secure supply.

Boring Boy, they announced Wednesday a strike. A strike called without warning. It directly affects their El Bagre mill and their El Condero mine. Indirectly it affects El Limon because excess ore was coming from El Condero; it now won't be coming.

See it is not difficult is it? Try referring to facts instead of making stuff up. Maybe understanding business is not your thing?

As usual troll you get it wrong. If it needed TSX approval then Soma couldn't sign. The issue of the warrants requires TSX approval as it does with warrant issuance and share issuance. I know because I have had TSX shares and warrants.

I just went to look for his posts about Soma never wanting to buy the royalty and anyone who thought otherwise was a numpty. So I had to scroll through some of his posts: he is even more boring than I thought when you read his drivelling posts one after another. Non-stop, no wonder he is ill.

Anyway, I think he is missing a career in aversion therapy. Being forced to read his drivel would put anyone off social media for life. He is probably missing out on good money.

Note it doesn't say negotiations but "final documentation". You don't go to "final documentation" unless a deal has been agreed ... in both sides.

Heads of Terms or an MOU or LOI are not final documentation.

Well Foggie, since you have taken time off from shorting gold and losing money: what can be said is this.

1. The royalty was sold at a discount, the discount should be covered by the warrants in due course.

2. It means the POW payment is covered.

3. It gets one thing off AB's desk.

4. It would have been better to keep the royalty and if DRC was already done, then likely RRR would have kept it.

5. Confirms RRR is willing and able to do deals.

6. Shows that all the FWs who said RRR would never get a cent out of Soma were wrong.

7. The RNS states, "The Company continues to advance towards final documentation and announcement significant transactions in the Ivory Coast and DRC."

8. Note this was an RNS not an RNS Reach and so the FWs who persist in the RNS/RNS Reach mythology have nowhere to go.

9. The last sentence is the important bit.

And that was quoting Soma's CEO. And here we are, the mill is still not producing and Soma's workers have gone in strike.

The NPV calculation was based on Soma's statements. It has not restarted the mill and the workforce went in strike Wednesday.

A NPV calculation is separate and different from a sale price.

NPV ie., fair value was $2./$2.3mil based on certain assumptions. Soma is still not producing and has a strike at Operadora. Warrants are always out of the money when issue.

The royalty if sold, was always going to be sold at a discount for cash.
