Well I tried to give you something but obviously I wasted my time.

There are numerous possibilities.

For example:

Maybe everything is agreed but not signed because the Aussie company needs its ducks in a row with regards to ASX? It's disclosures for ASX will be more than those required from RRR by AIM. Maybe the Aussie company needs to call a GM? Maybe it needs to get ASX approval? Maybe it has a fund raise alongside? Maybe there other elements of the deal nothing to do with RRR?

And so on.....

DM, as I keep explaining on here but the trolls keep ignoring the point: an RNS is now for MAR information. MAR relates to required disclosures. Everything else is RNS Reach. So anything in an RNS Reach is information that is not a required disclosure. As soon as a deal is actually signed then an RNS is required. There are more options than your those in your list.

If and when a deal is not only agreed but signed, an RNS is required but also an ASX announcement will be required. The requirements for the ASX announcement will be significantly greater than any announcement by RRR.
