They then need to be locally analysed and then sent away for further analysis. It has also been the rainy season which slows things down. On the nothing up and coming bit, in reality what it means is that what is up and coming has been disclosed. If they were on the verge of signing a deal or a deal completing and that wasn't in the public domain then AB would not be able to buy. We also have Xmas and New Year in the way. I expect news on DRC mid January. The likely steps will be: the DD has been completed and is satisfactory, RRR intends to proceed and has given notice to the partners, that it has brough a third party in to the deal: then further details on the deal and any negotiated changes. Yawn. You stand on the sidelines trolling about ancient history and people's personality traits: I will concentrate on value in the four main assets. I have always made money on RRR and anticipate I will do well this time round. Ask yourself, why has Peter Gyllenhammar invested several hundred thousand into RRR in the last few months? Why not read the RNS? The RNS states quite clearly that RRR has a fixed and floating charges over the assets plus a mortgage on the plant. Either Steelmin repays RRR or RRR takes the assets and the business. The people behind Steelmin had put Euro 11mil into it at 31/01/2017. There were some long lead time items that were needed to get the plant up and running. If it is delayed it will be down to the long lead time items being delayed or delays caused by severe weather conditions at Jayce. They should have a pretty good idea now when they expect the plant to be finished. It being finished is not the same as it being signed off as in production. Normally, you have a slow start up process and debugging. Not everything will work exactly how they want it day one. All the subsystems will need testing and certifying as working correctly and safely. I hate to tell you this since it will improve your understanding of how markets work but when someone buys some shares on the other side someone sells some shares. Let's just say, as usual, I know more than you. The buyer is well placed to take a view on RRR and his/her view is similar to mine. Hold on to your hat. DYOR

The CLN holders are sitting pretty. Take a look at ERG who are nearby in the Congo. It would make sense for RRR to lock the Cobalt deal up and then do a deal with one the big operators nearby. No mining involved just diggers and trucks. Either RRR needs it's own processing plant or it puts it's output through someone else's plant: I know which I would prefer. With a bit of luck they will have the Cobalt deal locked down by the end of January and the market can start putting numbers on it. Take a look at the cobalt and copper prices: the deal is much more valuable than two months ago. DYOR

Not ignoring anything. I have some of the CLNs and the warrants plus all the paperwork. If he were after a 10% return there are better ways of getting it and plenty of other companies offering the same type of deal (I did two earlier today). The CLNs are good each way bet. The trolls on here just refuse to see what is in front of them. Fine, the Tshipi sale didn't proceed because of the Mining Charter 3 rule changes but the value hasn't gone away. The value hasn't gone away on Steelmin: they should have a pretty good idea on the completion date by now. If Migori gets sorted as his interview today indicates it might then there is a huge value there. If RRR proceeds with the Congo deal (which I think it will) then the value there is just immense: it is probably increased 50% since the potential deal was announced. We should have news on all of them by end of January if not sooner as AB's interview indicated. DYOR

So what are you headcase trolls going to say about that one? PG obviously thinks that something is going on here. Even he doesn't go around wasting £290k. For the record I have some of the CLNs. Watch this space: by the end of January things should be very interesting here. DYOR
