If the SP does move then they convert the loan notes and either hold or sell. With the warrants nearly the same applies either they let the warrants expire or they exercise them. It is not rocket science. If the company can't pay at redemption then the company goes into administration and the loan note holders rank ahead of the shareholders ie., the shareholders get wiped out. It could be that the loan note holders are better informed or just not crazy. I have some of the loan notes. My target is significantly by the end of January 18.
