The replacement cost on the Steelmin plant is $100mil, they are not going to let that slip way from them for circa $5mil.

Legals: At least four separate legal entities involved and at least four sets of lawyers but it could be six. Two sets of legal charges to be released and probably one set of charges to be put in place plus an "investment agreement". These things can be fully agreed and still take a while to put in place. A lawyer can always find a reason why more work is needed on a document.

I hold some of the CLNs and know most of the other people who hold them. They have a life of 14 months and accrue a coupon of 10%. Why would anyone in their right mind convert now when the conversion price is 0.8p? There is no downside to just letting the CLNs run and continue to accrue interest. If the SP was around 5p that would be a diferent matter. Whether you like it or not, there is a lot happening here by the end of March which is only a 6/7 weeks away. I am sure you don't need me to go through the list for you again. Don't worry when I convert and sell, I will let you know exactly how much I have made. DYOR

Yep. Andrew Bell is such a genius he subscribes for �175k in shares and CLNs and then arranges to wipe himself out a few weeks later. Yawn!

It really is pathetic. They come on here and make out they are the font of all knowledge and can't even be arsed to do the most basic research. Align have said they are paid, it is on the research note and they are quite open about it. They take shares in lieu of a cash payment but pay their analyst in cash. They also buy in the market. They are locked in on the shares in lieu of cash and because they are frequently inside on a company, they can't often trade. Richard has made it quite clear what his business model is. Like it or don't like it but the research isn't made up, it is based on real numbers and real analysis ie., not what happened five years ago. DYOR

I suspect that we will get some news on Migori in the next two weeks. Some tweets by AB indicate something in Africa is hot to trot. I can't see that RRR would extend the DD period on Kolwezi to mid-March and then a couple of weeks later in early February sign the deal. I think that we are not far off some sort of resolution and announcement on Migori. Ideally, AB gets the production licenses confirmed, gets the Kenyans on board and then brings in a partner.
