As I said I have the MOU in my possession, I am a unit holder in Deloro. It does not say subject to regulatory approvals etc. It may be that to maintain its TSX listing it needs regulatory and TSX approval but that does not affect Deloro or the MOU, As long as Deloro comes up with its $10mil it gets 49% of the JV. I have just looked at it again and cannot cut and paste because of the confidentiality clauses. DYOR

What makes you think that we might have a couple of decent sized transactions lined up that need decent money spending on them? Obviously, the trolls think we can't do deals that need that type of money.

Well having read the MOU again today and having had extensive discussions; I don't see that we have a problem but PQE might. The shareholder approval bit that the village "genius" has been going on about is a TSX rule about disposal of assets. It is not relevant to the Deloro/PQE MOU. If PQE breaks the TSX rules it will have to delist from TSX: again not our problem. NB I am Deloro unit holder. I think I probably know a bit more about Deloro than the village "genius". It looks like as long as Deloro comes up with the stage payments it is on pretty sold ground. Next stage payment is due after the plant produces at average 1,000 bopd over 30 consequtive days. Given that the plant will need to do step ups before it gets to full capacity, I don't reckon the next tranche is due till mayabe July 2018. DYOR

DRC DD period is up soon. We need to go a deal or get off the pot. If RRR has not managed to sample all the sites to its satisfaction (highly likely, it is a huge area) then we should do a pro-rata deal on the bits we can do a deal on. The rest can be done in phase two when the DD is satisfactory. DYOR

The complete opposite is the truth: watch this space!! There are hundreds of wells at FH for the company to have a go at. It is true the wells are difficult and you have to know what you are doing but that is what we have David Kahn for. The company has said it is after more wells: I expect it to announce the next deal pretty soon. DYOR

There is a very good reason that they can't shaft anyone: they need more equity for more plants and more acreage. How are they going to get that if they have an ongoing dispute about ownership of the assets. I can see it now, "sorry lads, we can't take your $50 mil investment because we are busy shafting Deloro and Mayan". Ever heard of a lien? A lovely thing to have in your back pocket. DYOR

You are still on filter mainly because you are boring but also unpleasant. Ask yourself why PQE has suddenly ramped up the PR? One reason might be that the plant will be up and running soon but maybe there are other reasons! Think about it (I know it might hurt). Hint: Deloro/Mayan said they took institutional investors around the plant in January. Maybe there was some interest: who knows? DYOR

PQE will end up getting taken out once they have proved that the plant can work on a decent throughput. There is a big difference between doing 250 bopd and 5,000 bopd. If they can get a 30,000 bopd plant to work efficiently then the majors will want them. DYOR
