I see the non-shareholder trolls still on here 24/7 wasting their sad lives.

A bit of reflection would reveal:

1. The JV is still live

2. The Arret is imminent

3. We are still getting the new licences

4. Contrary to the non-stop assertions by the World's Greatest Part Qualified Accountant, the accounts have been signed off and published.

5. Contrary to the assertions by Sock Puppet, RRR is not nor will it be suspended.

6. RRR needed to get the accounts signed off, to get the accounts signed off it needed funds. No choice really.

7. If the JV cash had cleared or the Arret been received or the new licences capable of being publicised then there would have been no fund raise. Similarly, if the DAL deal had completed.

8. Note that on the DAL announcement, it states, "..no material change....". Highly likely that they have paid another fee.

9. So all still to play for. Things have been delayed not lost.

10. No, I didn't take the placing.

Sock Puppet. Nothing has changed. We still wait. He has to get the accounts signed off and if the Auditors say he has to raise money then he has to raise money. If he had the news in the public domain re the VUP money/Arret, the cleared JV funds or the new licences then things would be different. They haven't got to the stage where he can make an announcement yet.

One thing you might ponder Sock Puppet; if the World's Greatest Part Qualified Accountant is correct and RRR spends £250k pm, why is only £250k being raised?

AB gave his view in that broadcast the other day. No reason I should know more. If the money had cleared into the account then an RNS would be issued. IMVHO then an RNS would have to be issued almost immediately.

The presentation on the LinkedIn page says 145 factories are needed.

AB said that the Dept of Rural Affairs is the lead Dept on this.

He said there is a due diligence trip to Saudi to see the latest version of the factory. So the supplier has updated versions of the factories and they are installed in multiple jurisdictions with Saudi being the latest.

Further orders in January following the due diligence trip. So the Minister/Ministry are going to Saudi and AB knows that another six factories will be ordered post visit.

A successful visit ticks another box.

AB is staying out there now till Christmas.
