I said nothing about any oil coming down the pipeline or indeed any pipeline.

"Coming down the pipe" or "a pipeline of deals" are English metaphorical sayings. Ask TDQ she is good at English.

The pipeline was also amusing reference to the pipeline that Zephyr needs to put in place. TDQ will confirm.

the reason you have a company to drivel on about is because I put money in to rescue it, twice! I was never an investor in the old NUOG. I put my money in twice when others wouldn't.

The first time was when they were doing that Guardian Global nonsense, which turned out to be nonsense. They tried a bunch of others that didn't happen.

As it has worked out they have come up smelling of roses. Andrew Dennan deserves congratulations on his work getting them into this deal. The deal they have ended with is the best one out of the ones they looked at.

If you are a shareholder, you should be happy because there is a decent chance you won't end up with your holding being worth a big fat zero.

The updated CPR should be out shortly along with the new presentation.

They are going through an IPO process and so there will be a full IPO document at some point; maybe early February.

If everything works out, they should be listed end February/ March time.

I am not in Recon.

The offer is underwritten and has been upsized. That means that there is strong investor demand. The main attraction is the Damara Fold Belt.

Recon has said it wants to progress it's work in the wider Damara Fold Belt. Elephant Oil has acreage which has the DFB.

I think the success at Kavango is so great that Recon will want to do a deal. IMHO. Who knows? Recon has already shown it has an appetite for more DFB acreage and now it has CAD30mil on top of what it already has in the bank.

If the tests work out as well as Recon is suggesting they will, then there will be a land grab.

Why would I be worried? As far as I can see it is all upside.
