Boring Boy, you really do show yourself up to be a complete idiot.
We have warrants not options. The exercise price on the warrants is CAD2.00. The valuation methodology for warrants is the Black Scholes method. HMRC uses exactly the same method for valuing warrants.
"The per-warrant value is approximately CAD 0.92, and the total for 200,000 warrants is approximately CAD 185,000 (rounded). Note that Black-Scholes assumes European-style exercise, constant volatility, no dividends, and other ideal conditions; actual warrant value may differ due to market factors, American-style features (if applicable), or dilution effects."
Grok
Maybe go speak to some seven year old who can teach you how to interrogate Grok. Ask Grok what fair value is at the end of 2026 and 2027 based on Soma's published information. You might finding it interesting.

PS I remember someone insisting the Soma share price would get nowhere CAD2.00: would that be you BB?
PPS just looking at a deal for reprocessing Sb tailings. Given you are the World's Greatest Living Expert on Everything: what do you reckon?
