We have warrants not options. The exercise price on the warrants is CAD2.00. The valuation methodology for warrants is the Black Scholes method. HMRC uses exactly the same method for valuing warrants.

I suggest you go back and have another look at Zephyr. Your assertion that the margin on oil is irrelevant doesn't pass muster.

The idea that the USNG price is all that matters is nonsense.

A lot of the commentators simply don't know what they are talking about. Zephyr may turn out ok but it is getting more precarious. If the bank gets antsy then all bets are off..... The important phrase is "cash sweep".
