Claims he has traded and made money three times. Stops trolling whilst in and then resumes when he has sold.

"Took the placing" refers to who invested. Clear Capital entered into a Placing Agreement. They might have taken the placing on a PA basis ( look it up) but so far that does not look to be be the case. If Clear Capital "took the placing" then it is highly unlikely they won't use Peel Hunt as Nominee.

If PH is the Nominee and Clear Capital the holder, then that is what the TR1 should say.
