You stated repeatedly that RRR would not get a penny out of Soma Gold. You even stated that you had spoken to Soma Gold and that they had confirmed the same. Well Soma paid £1mil plus 200k warrants. Soma finished at CAD1.68 yesterday. The update confirming that both El Bagre and El Limon are full operational and producing at maximum throughput is due in the next week. Assuming all is good (note an assumption, not a fact TDQ) then I expect Soma will move towards CAD2.00.

For clarity Grok values the 200k warrants at CAD141k as of today (Black Scholes method).

I missed the comment about the 500mil and assumed it was just your usual nonsense. However, I realised that as usual you get everything wrong. The USD15mil is the case against VUP. Glencore paid Gecamines between USD240mil and USD420mil for the licences. Presumably your 500mil comment refers to that? I expect RRR will be pursuing the matter once they have fully boxed off the VUP matter.

The Orange Basin is offshore not onshore. Elephant Oil's acreage is directly south of Recon Africa's acreage. The fairway of the Damara Fold Belt continues into Elephant's acreage. It also continues northwest into Monitor and 88E's acreage. This is why Recon picked up further acreage across the border. The Damara Fold Belt comes down from southern Zimbabawe through northern Botswana and Namibia and out to the coast. Recon picked up Angola acreage because the Damara Fold Belt is in Southern Angola. Bottom line is that it is a huge structure. The well recently drilled is the first well in onshore Namibia in the Damara Fold Belt that is classed as a discovery. Earlier ones were characterised as working hydrocarbon systems with enclosures or traps.

Have the accounts been published yet? The answer is no and so post balance sheet events can be included, still.

What makes you think (I am not sure that is the correct word) that those events cannot be included? As usual, you make assumptions and then proceed as though they are facts. You don't know when the accounts will be signed off, you don't know which of those events has already happened or are about to happen.

Don't you know, Boring old boy, that the NOMAD will want evidence. So, you never know, RRR could be in an interesting position where something has happened and wants to RNS it but the NOMAD wants further and better evidence.

Let me give you an example. There have been a number of instances where RRR has either transferred funds to someone else or had funds transferred to it from someone else and the funds don't turn up for a while. I have had it on some of my transfers for USD. USD has to be transferred through a US Correspondent bank. Sometimes it takes a while. The $22.5m is in USD and the same with the $15m.

Maybe the NOMAD has said, evidence of a transfer is no good, I want evidence that funds are in the relevant bank account. In that case, particularly for the $22.5m, it might be that the transfer has been instructed but cleared funds are not yet in the relevant bank account.

Just to help along, the above are not facts. They are what are called possibilities. I don't know the exact position and neither do you.
